  • "When we arrived at the hotel the receptionist could not find our booking. Eventually the booking was traced - it would appear that communication had broken down somewhere and the hotel was not aware we were expected. Luckily a room was found ....... Not a very pleasant welcome."

    "Bastille Opera was fantastic - had already booked tickets online for Don Carlos."
