"The hotel had no representative from the holiday company. It was loud with people knocking on doors at night. The kitchenette was literally a small hob with 2 rings with 2 sets of knives and forks. There was no way you could cater for anyone in this kitchen.
The reception closed early and no-one answered the phone after a certain time. My family needed to contact me in an emergency and couldn't as the reception didn't answer the phone. We were told that was because the poepl staying kept making prank calls to the hotel reception."

"Sophie, Eleanor, Becky and Sammy said the hotel exceeded her and her friends expectations. Modern, clean, comfortable and they had such a good time round the pool they only visited the beach once.!They enjoyed the food at the hotel and said the 'Greek Night' Food was fantastic. Hotel staff were helpful too."

"Rooms were decorated with a modern style with friendly reception staff.
The downside was that the pool was too small for the amount of people in the hotel."

"Hi, there is only one thig I would say an thats I would have liked a toaster in the room.

"i was really diserpointed with the booking i made as we were flying at 12.30am and landed in zante at just after 6am local time. All that was fine but when arriving at our hotel at 7am we were told that our room would not be available until after 2pm later that day. This was very diserpointing as i have been holidaying in zante for the last 10 years and i have never come across such a ridiculous situation.If been informed of this befor traveling that would have been acceptable as i could have arranged somewhere else for us to stay but it seems you like to leave out the improtant parts that may put your customers of making the booking. I would have loved to use your site in the future as i said i travel to zante each year but after this situation i will be looking else where for next year."

"The staff were extremely friendly and made a big effort to make us feel welcome. However, this is very much a young persons hotel. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to families or older couples, its far too noisy at night."
