"Caserio Hotel is a good hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel facilities were good. Very foreign hotel with British being in the minority and the television in the room is all foreign too! There is a larger television lounge downstairs that only has one English channel but who wants to watch tele anyway on holiday!!? Close to the beach and there is enough night life around the area to keep you well occupied in to the wee hours. The food was pretty good and there was always plenty of choice aiming to please all tastes. The bedrooms are modern with air con - always good! There is however no mini bar - at least not anything in it just a fridge but that's ok with a pool bar downstairs. Entertainment was not to our taste but we went out at 11pm when the all inclusive finishes. Good Hotel"

"The Hotel was very clean and all the staff very pleasant and helpful. Would have been nice to have shower gel or soap in the bathroom and tea & coffe facilities in the room especially as it's listed as 4*. The entertainment was good. There was a good selection of food to choose from. we were a bit dissapointed to find the Hotel was on a main road therefore it was rather noisy not only at night but if you wanted to sit by the pool."

"hotel was ok but only just a 4 star, food was quite good but repetetive we are more used to lanzarote type hotels that are spead out with more grounds and a bit more luxury. Playa Del Ingles was a touch to much like Southend for us very busy and cramped."

"We found the hotel very accomodating, the staff work ridiculously hard at keeping the entire hotel maticulously clean. The food was a little repetitive but extremely good cuisine. Be prepared to be a brit amongst the Spanish and the Germans but dont be put off, we had a fantastic holiday!!!"
