"The hotel was in an excellent location, in a quiet street in the old quarter, near an attractive little plaza. It was just a few minutes walk from places of interest. The staff were very polite and helpful. "
Top Tip:
"We found a small restaurant very near the hotel with a genuine Spanish atmosphere, with reasonably priced food. It was called La Utielana, Plaza Picadero dos Aguas 3. Another one close by was La Riua in the calle del Mar which had a lively atmosphere and has won lots of awards fro its Valencian cooking.It was child-friendly too. It was definitely worth taking the bus ride to the beach just a couple of miles from the city."

"The only bad point that I had with the hotel is that the air conditioning didn't work. This was because they had the heaters on and couldn't run both at the same time. Even though 25 degrees celcius is hot for us Brits, that is still quite cold for the Spanish! Apart from that the hotel was excellent."
Top Tip:
"If you don't take a laptop to the hotel and pay €18 for use of the Internet, then take a quick stroll across the main square to the Internet café called ONO, It costs €1 an hour with a deposit of €2 for the card, which you get back at the end, You can keep the card with you for as long as you like and keep adding time on to it."

"Air Conditioning did not work for the whole of the stay, staff were unhelpfull and said that they couldnt have the heating and aircon on at the same time and were waiting for it to be fixed! No refund or sorry!"

"Great Location, Very Central. Purchase a 10 Trip Metro Card each trip works out about 8 euros cheaper than buying individual tickets!"

"Exellent 3* hotel, convinient for all valencia has to offer, just off the main square. Rooms and bathroms a good size, clean modern and comfy, staff friendly and helpful. The only little minus was the small resteraunt that was a bit crowded, but dont let that put you off. I've stayed in worse 4* hotels."
Top Tip:
"Use the tourist bus to see the city, 12 euros and get on and off all day, exellent value."

"Hotel could not be in a better location - so central to everything. Rooms are very noisy however, with paper thin walls, and a double bed consists of 2 singles pushed together! Overall, an average hotel in a fantastic location. "
