"Hotel is of average standard except the pool which is fantastic. The food choice was limited and the quality below average for egypt. Staff were friendly and rooms the hotel was very clean. Some of the decor was a bit dated."

"THE FIRST NIGHT THE AIRCON WAS LEAKING WATER ALLOVER THE ROOMS AND WE WERE LUCKY THAT OUR LUGGAGE HAVE NOT BEEN DAMAGED THEN WE HAVE TO CHANGE ROOMS THE FOLLOWING DAY BECAUSE THE COULD NOT REPAIR IT"

"Clean hotel with pleasant staff and fairly good facilities. Mosquitoes a terrble problem despite room spray repellant and gadhet! We were bitten so badly that out hands and feet became swollen and this did spoil the end of the holiday"

"BEAUTIFUL OASIS OF CALM TRANQUILITY WITH NO TRAFFIC NOISE OR TOURISTS AND GUESTS BUZZING PASSED ALL THE TIME. ABSOLUTELY HUGE POOL WHICH NEVER GOT BUSY SO WE FELT ABLE TO RELAX WITHOUT BEING PESTERED ALL THE TIME.
FOOD WAS EXCELLENT, CANNOT FAULT AT ALL, ROOMS ALWAYS KEPT CLEAN AND PLENTIFUL OF TOWELS,TOILETRIES ETC.
WOULD DEFINATELY RETURN TO THIS HOTEL. ALL STAFF VERY VERY FRIENDLY."

"IN THE HOTEL FOYER, THERE IS A DESK FOR TOURS WHICH IS RUN BY A MAN CALLED ALAA. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALAA AS HE HAS A VERY GOOD REPUTATION WITH A BOOK OF COMPLETED FEEDBACK TO PROVE THIS FROM PASSED GUESTS. HIS PRICES ARE MORE THAN ACCEPTABLE BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, YOU CAN 100% TRUST HIM AND HIS STAFF. ALAA NEVER LET US DOWN, ALWAYS ARRIVED ON TIME AND HIS VEHICLES AND DRIVERS ARE VERY CLEAN AND SMART.
AS A MOTHER TRAVELLING ALONE WITH HER YOUNG DAUGHTER, THIS WAS VERY COMFORTING TO FEEL WE COULD STILL VISIT ALL THE SIGHTS MOSTLY WITHOUT A GUIDE{AS I PREFER TO SIGHT SEE WITHOUT A LARGE GROUP} BUT STILL HAD ALAA AND STAFF TO HAND IF NEEDED.
ALSO, THE HAIRDRYERS IN THE ROOM ARE GREAT SO YOU WON'T HAVE TO WASTE LUGGAGE SPACE BRINGING ONE."
