"The hotel was lovely, the rooms are fantastic. We booked a room with a private pool, beware though, not all pool rooms have the views as on their website. The first room we were given had a rubbish view of a dusty car park. They moved us without difficulty though. Also, the main pool has very few loungers (about 16 double loungers) so if you have just a room and no pool you could be stuck if its hot. Hotel very expensive for food and mini bar also very expensive (4 euros for a can of coke) but what do you expect from a 5 star ? When we checked out we had another rooms food on our bill so beware, best to pay cash for everything if down at the bar and restaurant and then you will know where you are."
Top Tip:
"The hotel is located just outside Mykonos town along the coastal road, their are no pavements and no road lights at night. A 40ft drop one side with a little wall and bed rock on the other side of the road. The road is quite narrow and windy. If you consider staying here ask reception for their driver to drop you into town or a cab (around 5 euros each way) We went 23/9/07 to 30/09/07 and was still quite busy and hot. Beware though, most of Mykonos town is closed by mid October."

"The hotel was great and it was nice to stay away from the main tourist area but still in close enough proximity to get the other beaches and 'chora'. The only issue we had was with the flights because we had to turn back becuase of a cracked windscreen, but that can't be helped. Also, on the way back, we were suddendly boarding an "Alitalia" aeroplane and no-one had communicated to us that we were changing planes so it was quite confusing for many. Overall, a bargain price for a great holiday."
Top Tip:
"Rent a quad bike - it's so great having your own transport!"
