The Cephalonia Palace is the ideal hotel for families and couples who want an away-from-it-all holiday. This beautiful hotel is located on the deep red sandy Xi beach for which the island is famous. Hiring a car to explore the island is worthwhile, but if you want to relax, the stunning four-kilometer stretch of sandy Xi beach is just 50 m from the hotel.

All rooms are equipped with fridge, TV local channels, hair dryer, direct phone, 3 channel radio, twin beds, balcony, private bath and air-condition from 1st June -15th September (12.00 - 23.00 hrs).

Food & Beverage

The hotel disposes of a spacious buffet-style restaurant for breakfast & dinner (dress code applies for evening meals), vegetarians cater for, a Tavern & bar by the beach (available middle and high season) on a-la-carte basis, a Pool bar serving snacks and a Main bar with happy hour and disco nights.

All Inclusive Food & Drinks

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:30-10:00), lunch (12:30-14:00) and dinner (19:00-21:30), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During lunch & dinner coffee, tea, soft drinks, orange juice (not fresh), mineral water, local wine (red & white), draught beer and spirits (ouzo, brandy, gin, vodka, whiskey, rum) are offered. Buffet with cookies, cakes, fruit and home made ice cream is available between 10:00 & 18:00 at the pool bar, as well as coffee break from 16:00-17:00 with espresso, cappuccino and long drinks. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like soft drinks, orange juice (not fresh), lemonade, sour cherry, mineral water, filter coffee, tea, red & white wine, draught beer, ouzo, brandy, gin, vodka, whiskey and rum are served from 10:00-23:00 at the pool bar (10:00-18:00) and the main bar (18:00-23:00).

Sports & Leisure

Facilities at the hotel include a large swimming pool with fresh water, sun terrace with coastal views, free sun beds by pool, paddling pool, bowling green, tennis court, table tennis, billiards, mountain bikes,playground and water sports. Activities like horse riding, sailing and scuba-diving are offered by cooperating companies in the area.

Leisure facilities at the hotel include fresh water swimming pool, sun terrace, sun beds by the pool, paddling pool and playground.

Chargeable Extras

Apart the above mentioned hours & products, all other requests & orders are available at a charge as well as bowling green, tennis, table tennis, billiards, mountain bikes, water sports, horse riding, internet access and safety deposit boxes. Some of them are operating by external companies.

Amongst the hotel facilities and services is a gift shop, a mini market, satellite TV area, WIFI internet area at the main bar, safety deposit boxes and a conference area for up to 400 persons.

All Inclusive General Info

All guests will be issued with ID bracelets on arrival, which should be worn at all times. This bracelet is the passport to all food & beverage served at the bars & restaurant and its only for personal use. In case of loss of the bracelet, this should be reported to the reception. AI customers should refrain from ordering any items for non-AI people. A drink or food must finish before ordering the next one. In keeping with the AI concept the amount of food & beverage is unlimited; however the management reserves the right to control extensive alcoholic consumption. In accordance with E.U. regulations, alcohol can not be served to guests under 18yrs old. Due to safety reasons, all drinks around the pool area are served in plastic cups. Dress code applies during meals in the restaurant.

Useful Information

The town center itself is 6 Kms away and has a selection of shops and bars. It can be reached by local bus during middle & high season or by taxi.
