"2nd time at Cinco Plazas and cannot fault in any way, Excellent base, The Large 1 bed Apartments are fully equipped and kept very clean, as is the whole complex. Suitable for all ages. Official rating should be higher than 2 key! Vivi on reception is gorgeous!!"
"The only reason that we haven't given the apartments an excellent rating is that when we arrived our apartment hadn't been cleaned properly and we had to ask twice before a maid came, the floor was very dirty and there were pieces of glass. Apart from that the maid service was good. The apartments are very spacious and well equipped.The location of the apartments is excellent, it is at the top of a hill but we never found that to be problem, taxis are very cheap!!! It is a short walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. We would recommend this apartment to couples and families. Please note the apartments DO NOT come with a hair dryer!!!! We had to hire one from a local company."
"we had a exerlent time at these apartment the maid come in nearly every day. the beach is just a five minutes walk. i dont know about the apartments entertainment as we didnt go and see it but there was a different show on every day and they changed it different weeks. also there is pool activites going on all the time in the day, the pool is absolutley freezing though. it is just a five mintues walk from the main beach and strip were you will find many things to do.the apartments are very spacious you have a kitchen with the basics really 2 hobs, a microwave, a toaster,a coffee maker, a kettle and plates saucepans and some more bits and pieces. we booked a few excursions with the lastminute travel agents i wouldnt reccomend going on the submarine as you dont see much at all. but we went on the short south tour and the markets on a wednesday and sunday and the rancho texas park and catalanza they are all great trips to go on. this holiday has been brilliant and i would defently go back again."
"Good kids club and pools for the children. Daily kids club was good too. Kids loved the mini disco and the entertainers - they were excellent! Adult evening entertainment was a bit hit and miss."
"We booked our holiday last minute, literally 6 days before we went and were a bit apprehensive as we had never done this before, but we were very pleasantly surprised and still cant believe that it is only classed as a 2 star. Personally we think it was more like a 3 star. The Apartments and Complex were excellent, very clean and well laid out. The Playa Grande beach was about a 5 minute walk down a slight slope, with numerous shops and restaurants. The restaurant in the complex served lovely snacks/food and the service was excellent. The animation team James and Harry were great and very friendly. Couldnt fault anything about our holiday and cant wait to go back again next year and will certainly recommend to family and friends."

"We had a lovely time. Excellent apartment, clean and very big. We travelled with 2 small children and we stayed in the Amarillo block, very quiet a night. The only complaints I would say was that there wasn't much for the younger children to do and also getting a sunbed in the morning was a nightmare! Getting up by 7.30am to get a bed! I would recommend these apartments and would consider going back."

"The Cinco Plaza apartments were outstanding! They were like no other apartments we have stayed in before, very modern having been renovated in 2005. The rooms were very clean, we had excellent service from both reception and the maids. I would recommend these apartments to everyone. It is a mix of families, young and old couples and singles. The apartments are central in the resort of Puerto Del Carmen, the most ideal location, as it is near hand to everything, yet the apartments aren't affected by any noise. My wife and I will definitely come back to these apartments again. "
