"Wonderful hotel to stay at.This was our 2nd time and will definately be going back.Staff are very friendly and helpful and the location is just perfect close to beach and restaurants and nightlife."

"Fantastic although despite asking not to have a room overlooking parking AGAIN we did get such a room although they moved us. Think they give these poorer view rooms to guests who have booked through operators rather than direct. Lovely hotel in great location. Really special place - luxury ! half board this time and wasnt disappointed - great choice and lovely food. Brussel sprouts for breakfast ! Cava on tap at brekky too which is nice touch - would highly recommend it !!!! WILL BE BACK !!!"

"I felt the staff really care about you and since the last time I was there things have really improved not that I thought it needed to be improved but they can not do enough for you, a beautifull hotel right on the beach with very good staff, food was very good and drinks not much dearer thatn the local baars but with larger measures.

"we were very disappointed having stayed in the resort before,when we had the choice of speciallity restaurants to choose from, this time we could only eat at our own or the Med Palace, or we would have to forfeit our half board and pay the full price for the restaurant.
We were informed this change took place in January and they said our Travel Agent should have told us about the change - this may change our decision about returning there.
The room allocated was not the best view overlooking the car park - but they did offer us a change of room the following Tuesday which we took.
The staff were really nice in the entire Mare Nostrum Resort."Top Tip:

Rooms clean, Well maintained and serviced.
Staff were very pleasant , courtious and efficent and went out of their way to be helpful
Service areas and were spotless and well maintained
Restaurants were plentiful, varied and the service excellant
Pools were clean well maintained with plenty of sun beds and clean towels.

"Wonderful hotel ,not suitable for families they need to book into sister hotel Med. Palace part of same resort complex.Location right next to promenade and small beach .Food selection on half board very good choice. Good hotel and stay helped by brilliant sunny weather."

"On arrival we were very impressed by the service we were given from the staff.
The room was excellent, we also felt that the facilities were very good.
Our room was cleaned everyday and as it was three women on our own we felt very safe.The breakfast was superb with a great choice of menu.
We found all the staff very friendly and helpful.
Would definately reccomend the hotel and we will be returning same time next year."Top Tip:

"this \s the forth time we have stayed in the mare nostrum resort each time it gets better we are joining you again in september i just hope the noise from the sir anthony will not be too bad as we are staying at the med palace we are meeting people we met in may when we stayed in cleopatra palace the staff are amazing there is nothing they wont do for you we have made some really good friends once again this is a truley amazing hotel Mr / Mrs A Dodsworth"
