"We stay in Hurghada very regular, this i can say is a hotel that offers everthing, friendly staff great location at the start of old town, so shopping is brilliant, and the beach location is fantastic, rooms were very spacious and clean. highly recomended"

"booked two rooms, were put in one room for two nights. manager rude. curtain rail fell down. two of the beds broken. some of the lights did not workfor whole stay.door lock to one room broken, held together with a NAIL. when we checked out we were charged £30 for fresh orange juice that we had at breakfast, we were NEVER told that this would be charged seperately. the only recomendation i have for this hotel is to shut it down and make the relevant repairs properly."

"if you like fish, go to the FISH HOUSE RESTAURANT."

"Hotel very clean though a bit tired, food acceptable , entertainment not very good, NOT all inclusive as you might expect, had to pay for breakfast orange juice & entertainment on one evening ( seemed to cater more for Russian guests) on a more positive note the staff were exeptional in every way"

"P js Irish bar close by well worth a visit & if the food is not to your liking a Pizza Hut is just across the road"

"Everything was great - everybody was very helpful and nice. Rooms cleaned and refreshed every day. Hotel in a very good location of town, everything is near. Beach is not big but very nice and clean. We played volleyball a lot. We went to local disco bar - good music, we had fun!!! I would choose this hotel again because it is small and cozy, nice view to the garden with nice plants and flowers. I would recommend this hotel very much."

"Stayed there 7 nights with 2 children, Animation team ok , Room- old TV no signal,Dirty old beds,Soft Drinks in fridge in bedroom are not all-inclusive!Old bathroom had sink leak,awfull smell from drain. Fresh orange juice at breakfast is 10le/1£ each NOT all inclusive and they give to sign bill at table without notice. NO snacks or coctails in all-inclusive. Absolutely worst hotel we ever been."

"Town is good for shopping, pay most 10le per taxi in town."

"Although a little tiered Aqua fun is very clean, Aqua fun has everything you could need, private beach, dive school, big pool, all day entertainment, if you want it and very friendly staff. Aqua fun is right in the heart near to shops and restaurants and bars. "

"1 min from Aqua fun is La Luna Italian resturant, vast menu good quality food with excellent service, and thats from a chef."

"The hotel staff were excellent, great with kids and adults alike. The animation team were above average and were multi-lingual ie they spoke most european languages. Excellent value for money. Food was ok, free booze if you're all inclusive, every night there is a different show - belly dancing, cobra show etc traditional egyptian entertainment! Oh yeah, dont miss the diving, this is a must! Not too keen on the windsurfing the two guys dont seem to be too bothered once they got your money - this was the only thing I would have changed, the rest was exceptional."
Top Tip:
"Dont hesitate to go out at night, do lots of shopping, haggle with the shopkeepers, you get a hell of a lot for your money. Whilst you're out have a game of backgammon or chess in a coffee shop with local people, they are very friendly! You do get a bit of hassle from street vendors trying to sell you stuff but dont get intimidated, just walk past them and they will leave you alone once they see you're not interested. Loads of stuff to buy especially leather goods and egyptian cotton, all at a fraction of the cost you would pay at home."

"That was a wonderful stay, I used to live in Hurghada and work in tourism so chose the hotel fully aware of what I'm taking. Service effective, staff polite and proffesional. The only one thing worth working on is the restaurant and the variety of food."
Top Tip:
"There are two restaurants nearby I would like to recommend: Moby Dick 5min walk just in the centre of Sakalla, typically Egyptian food, shisha of course available, nice atmosphere. Another place is more expensive but definetely WORTH TRYING! It's FELFELA - a restaurant on the shore,above the sea, quiet, romantic, with lots of cosy places, little waterfalls and harmony of light. 5min by taxi (10LE) south from the new centre Sakalla, along the coast. Delicious food (also European) and shisha available. "
