"Nice hotel with good selection of food. Beautiful veiws. Room basic, cleaned every day and clean towels. Bed linen changed every other day. No need to take your own beach towels as these are provided free daily. Excellent pools, one with two big water slides, plenty of sunbeds and nice pool bar area. A La Carte restaurant very good and beautiful setting. Steep steps down to platform by sea for more sunbeds. Very deep water accessed by steps or diving board. Had read previous comments about unfriendly staff - didn't find this at all. All very helpful and efficient. Probably down to how you treat them in the first place! Excellent Turkish Bath and Fitness Centre. Would definately stay here again."

"The hotl itself is generally nice its clean and the food is good but the hotel staff are very rude and dont like the english . there isnt much around the hotel and you need to travel to get to a beach and there is generally no nightlife"

"This hotel is very clean and well presented however we did not find the staff very friendly to us, not many English people around. Not much to do. Entertainment rubbish! Food ok, same thing most nights. Would def recommend to go all inclusive, 1/2 a pint is over £3.00!"

"The hotel room was nice enough. We found some evenings it was very hard to get a table in the restaurant. The food was very repetitive. We were given plastic cups for drinks. There were cats in the restaurant which put me off. However the staff in the hotel were very nice and very helpful. The pool area was nice."

"Although I have stated the Hotel exceeded my expectations and the room was nicely decorated and very clean and the restaurant was very nice with lovely views and the food was very good, the staff left alot to be disired. I had problems checking in as did another English couple who arrived at the same time. The hotel staff struggled with the English language very much or couldn't be bothered, (I still can not decide which describes the situation best).I was not able to communicate with them very well, I had booked a double room for single use and was put in a twin room. Althougth the room was lovely the location of the room was very poor, every morning very early I had a gang of workmen operating compressors and banging and hammering right outside, not a very relaxing time. I am sorry to say this Hotel very much favours Turkish, Russian and German guests and not English Guests."

"The hotel was set in beautiful grounds at the edge of the sea, which was crystal clear and lovely for snorkelling, although there was a large pool for those who preferred it. There was plenty to choose from the plentiful buffets, which were replenished as soon as trays were empty."

"The rooms are spacious and clean and the view over the bay is fantastic. The Falcon has a good beach and pleasant pool area. Unfortunately the 2 nights I stayed I had difficulty getting hot water. It was never above tepid. Requests for hot water were met with mixed results, some staff were rather disinterested others very helpful. On the day I left I finally had a decent shower."

"The Staff in the Hotel were very helpful and well mannered.....it was a pity the same could not be the same for the other holidaymakers. Only negative point....There seemed to be a lack of lifeguards around the pool(s) and at one point I had to rescue a toddler who was in a lifevest and rubber ring that had come down the waterslide and landed face down...his parents were at the all-inclusive bar. The catering staff always were obliging but some of the over greedy customers treated them with contempt, like servants. Would certainly stay at the hotel again - the scenery and location, staff and food and accommodation all excellent"

"Hotel was just right for a relaxing break, we booked a 3 bedded room and ended up in a small suite with 2 bedrooms, it was ok but not a high 4* ... it needed a lick of paint and the bathroom had long seen better days. The air conditioning in one room didn't work and the reception staff funnily enough didn't speak English when we informed them, so we had to struggle with one unit and leave bedroom doors open since it was 30 degrees! Other than that tho the food was good, catered for mainly Germans and Russians but couldn't fault the desserts!
The pool area and slide was ideal for kids but loungers had have the towels on by 9am. If you want a week of peace and quiet and relaxation and are prepared to accept it is a low 4* then you will have a nice holiday here."

"Price of all inclusive excellent. For the most part the staff were OK but there is one very ignorant waiter who wears a waiscoat (some form of rank sign) who is totally miserable. The lobby staff were not helpful at all. The food was good and the time there was well worth the money."

"In general the hotel was good value for money. The food was OK and varied. The rooms were clean and big enough. I wouldnt reccomend having single beds as they are tiny and rock hard. Luckily I changed my room for a double bed and that was much better. It can be hard to sleep in as the curtains in the rooms are very light and dont keep out the brightness and there is a mosque quite close by and the call to prayers starts at about 7am. and they have very loud speakers.
If you like cats then this is the place for you as the grounds are swarming with cats of all shapes and sizes.
The staff were on the whole friendly and helpful with one or 2 exceptions. The only real thing which was not good was the price of a drink in the hotel bar. It cost me over £16 for 2 tequila and oranges, which barely tasted of tequila.
Another thing which seem quite expensive are the taxi's. As the hotel seems to be quite a way from anywhere it can be quite expensive to travel to the beaches or main town area. However the buses are very cheap.
the beaches are about a 2 to 2½ hour leasurely walk in either direction,
Overall I would rate the hotel and the facilities a 7 out of 10. Not much seemed to happen for entertainment, but it was December. There seems to be a lot more happening in the summer months."
