"I really liked this hotel and it was great to have a studio apartment as I am vegan. The only problem was that there weren't any stairs and we were on the top floor with a very heavy suitacase to carry. Apart from that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the staff were always very helpful and polite. The beach was about half an hour away if you wanted to walk but there was a tram that ran down the main street 2 minutes from the hotel that you could get and it dropped you off practically at the beach."
Top Tip:
"Found a great little vegan restaurant about 25 mins walk away which was the only one in the centre of Nice so it was a god send for me. It was called Le Speakeasy on Rue Lamartine."

"We had a fantastic holiday. It was the first time I had organised a holiday for myself and friends. Your website was brilliant to follow and I had no problem at all. The flight was perfect with the best landing I think I have ever had! The transport was waiting for us on arrival to take us to the Hotel. Driver was excellent. The Hotel was perfect, staff very friendly, and breakfast buffet excellent. The hotel is very near the railway station and we used this on at least two occasions so it was very handy, and we could get a tram in the road next to the hotel which took us right down to the promenade. We went to Monaco and Cannes while we were on holiday (a day in each resort) both were fantastic. We shall be back I am sure! Thank you so much for a lovely holiday."
Top Tip:
"Make use of the train and tram service - both excellent. We took a tour bus when we got to Monaco and Cannes, and we also took one to look round Nice - they were great and I think we managed to see almost everything in each place!"

"The car park is extreamly difficult to enter and exit, with the entrance extreamly narrow and very steep... our spoiler was damaged. Not a particularly nice area of NICE.... a good half hours walk to the finer restaurants and sea front."

Offering a good value for money the family run Comte De Nice Hotel is situated in the centre of Nice, 10 mins. walk from the train station and 20 mins. to the Place Massena and Promenade des Anglais. The bedrooms are basic but clean and fresh looking with individual touches. A cold buffet breakfast is served in the ground floor extension of the lobby. Complimentary wireless internet access in the lobby area. Comte De Nice Hotel is non smoking, apart from a few specific rooms. Overall the hotel is tastefully decorated throughout and offer a good value for money for those who wish to explore the city on budget!
