The Concorde El Salam Hotel is a Georgian Style hotel of architecture, built to be the Pharaoh’s Palace. It is located in the fashionable suburb of Heliopolis, 10 minutes from Cairo International airport, 10 minutes from the Cairo International Conference Center and 25 minutes from the City Center with courtesy hotel shuttle. It boasts all leisure facilities including tennis courts, glazed squash courts, equestrian club, business Centre and a casino.

It consists of 320 rooms with 18 suites including royal suites equipped with DVD-CD player, executive suites & 14 individual pavilions around the swimming pool. The Club Elegance floor has 37 luxurious business rooms all with 2-line phones, voicemail, data ports, lounge & butler service. All rooms have direct internet access, full bathroom, air conditioning, mini-bar, hair dryer, safe deposit box, sat-TV, terrace or balcony while WiFi wireless internet is also available.

Entry Requirements

On entry into Egypt, you must obtain a visitors visa at the port of entry, the fee is £10 (subject to change). Sharm El Sheikh is considered a free zone, due to being located in the Sinai Peninsula. Travel on excursions outside the peninsula, the visitor’s visa is a requirement. We recommend that you see your Medhotels rep on arrival, and they will assist you with obtaining the visa.
