"Didn't stay in this hotel. When we arrived in Cyprus we were told that we were not booked into this hotel. Had a terrible time with the manager of this hotel so cannot complete this survey!!"
"We found the hotel to be clean and the rooms spacious, all of the rooms have a sea view, we paid for a full seaview but only got accomodated a side sea view which i didn't complain about as we were on the end of the rooms so only had 1 neighbour that we had to listen to arguing about their marraige for the whole 10 days!!! The food was limited although edible, we have been spoilt on recent holidays. The restaruant staff were great really helpfull and freindly. The pool area was great plenty of sunbeds available with parasols, except on a weekend when the locals invaded the hotel. All in all it was a good holiday."
"Everything was very good with our stay,the evening meal we couldnt fault,it was different every night & myself & family always left with full stomachs. We had our room on the side of hotel,on second floor,it was quiet how we like it.From our balcony we could see the sea,there was a wrecked car on waste land straight in front of our balcony but not a problem.In the evening it was nice to sit out there with a drink,we didnt have a problem with any insects,not one bite. The staff were all really friendly apart from one male receptionist who was unapproachable with a very annoying smirk.Everyone else was really nice.The hotel was clean,the pool was a good size with plenty of sunbeds & the sea is a very short walk away. "
"well recomended .stayed in a sea view apartment. rooms cleaned daily, towels every two to three days , beds changed twice a week, fully air conditioned.no problems what so ever.pool lovely acess right on to beach wich is very nice.only ate twice in restaurant , both meals were good value."
"the hotel was very nice in all aspects but one .That being the room was not as I expected in the fact it was very basic .The fridge was rusty as was the cooker and I didn't feel I wanted to use the facilities I wasn't sure they were very clean.The bathroom floor tiles were cracked which in my opinion is unhygenic."
"Excellent hotel, basic rooms but spacious and clean. Good maid service. Hotel is located right on a lovely sandy beach but had a large pool and large pool area with sunbeds. Hotel has some resturants within 5 mins walk but the bulk of the resort is a 20 min walk away. However there is a very regular and cheap bus service into both Coral Bay and Paphos. Super holiday in an excellent hotel. "
"We stayed in an apartment which was ideally situated. It was in a quieter location but not too far from a bit more life if required. The food available was limited as far as the children were concerned, but there were more than enough restaurants in the vicinity to accommodate their needs. "

"The Hotel is a little dated but is clean and tidy. The location of the hotel is brilliant, next to the beach but only the irish bar in the local area. Hotel is very quite with little or no entertainment.The buses run very regular into Paphos and to Coral Bay Strip for more nightlife. The food offered on half board is basic and not much choice, but something could usually could be found. It is a theamed buffet every night."
"No way was this a 4*hotel, would only give it 2*. Everything was very basic smelly & old. Air conditioning did not work so we were moved to another room after 48 hours. That air condition did not work either so gave up as we did not want to be shouted at again by the manageress telling us it was a hot country so should expect our room to be hot. It did not even cool down after the air conditioning was left on for 24 hours. We booked half board but after the first evening meal & breakfast the next morning we had to eat out for the rest of the holiday. The food was disgusting! It was very poor quality, poorly presented with very little choice. Can honestly say that this is the worst place we have stayed in 30 years traveling abroad. The whole place needs a full refurbishment."

"The hotel was excellent, all the staff (from reception, cleaners, bar staff and not fogetting the chef) was extremly friendly and helpful. The room was kept very clean and any problem you might have was deal stray away. I would recommed this hotel to anyone and we would gladly go back there. The only bad point was the transfer from the airport/hotel and vice versa. There was nobody waiting for us when we arrived at the airport and after an hour of asking around we finally got to the hotel. And on our return, the taxi arrived late and only after my husband called again, which caused unecessary stress!!"
"We have stayed in this accommodation many times since it was built about 12 years ago.It is in a quiet area with a couple of bars/restaurants, a supermarket and pub nearby. A 15 minute walk (or the bus) takes you to Coral Bay where there are many shops and bars etc The staff are friendly and helpful, the linen and towels are changed regularly and all rooms have kitchen/cooking facilities. The meals are served buffet style and there is plenty of food. The main pool is not very large but adequate and there is a child pool to the side if it. The gardens have plenty of sunbeds and there is a path leading down to the sandy beach where it is very save to swim. (not too deep). If you want to just laze around, have a rest and swim this is the place. We are going back in October. "
"Found side sea view room on ground floor very basic. Upgraded to sea view on 3rd floor which was a great improvement. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Lots of roadworks just outside one side of hotel;side seaview rooms very close. During our first week the local bus service stopped running at 7 pm which limited going out as taxi home is expensive. Summer service began beginning of June which would have helped;last bus back from Paphos was then 11.30.pm. Plenty of restaurants and gift shops in Coral Bay village but its about a mile away so for people with walking difficulties the bus is a help. Not much entertainment at hotel. Having said all that, we had a lovely relaxing holiday. The facilities are excellent and spotlessly clean. The lawns have plenty of sun loungers which are free and overlook the pretty beach. Sunloungers on beach cost 6 euros a day. Hotel food cheaper than in the village. Watch out for prices in Cyprus £ and not euros (in the shops.) Hotel in beautiful location overlooking pool and beach. Ideal for a quiet holiday."

"Peaceful and idyllic with the most spectacular sea view from the balcony. Room was a decent size, clean and well equipped. Hotel clean and well maintained and staff were very friendly. Plenty of regular buses from the car park and the beach was clean, sandy and quiet. No complaints about anything. Was the perfect get away from it all holiday."

"We had a very large one bedroom apartment with full sea view which was somewhat sparsely furnished but this did not affect our enjoyment. Maid service was 5 times a week with towels and bed linen changed several times during our two week stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff very helpful and friendly but of course it is always necessary to be polite and respectful to them too. I suspect that those who report that some staff were unfriendly resulted from the guests attitude towards them. Also they speak English with varying degrees of fluency but some people do not want to recognise that problems do arise through language difficulties. One thing which impressed us was that all sunbeds had umbrellas and tables which are not always available in 5* resorts.Finally as regards the food the breakfasts were o.k. althou
