  • "It was great to have a fridge. A kettle,tea,coffee and sugar were supplied but no milk. Variety of menu and room service left a lot to be desired. Apart from 2 or 3 Receptionists the rest were very surly and unhelpful. I asked on Saturday for a Receptionist to confirm a tour I had booked and she said there was no need and the result was that we missed the tour as they did'nt pick us up. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds comfortable. I would definitely return to this hotel."

    "Get Reception to phone for Taxis as the return journey was 3 times as dear. Terrace bar was hidden at side of hotel and no access from inside hotel."

Hotel Details - Cracovia Hotel

Providing an excellent base from which to discover Krakow, the 3-star Cracovia Hotel is no more than a 10-minute stroll from the city's Old Town Main Market Square, Wawel Castle and many of the city's tourist and cultural attractions. Having undergone recent renovations, guest rooms are modern, bright and functional, and are decorated in pale wood furniture and light colours. Housed in a large 5-storey Soviet-style building, the hotel conjures images of times when stern-faced politicians struck whispered deals over glasses of vodka and black coffee. However, the atmosphere nowadays is hardly comparable and guests will enjoy not only the comfort and friendly service, but also the hotel facilities which include a restaurant (regional specialities), cafe and aperitif bar.
