"Hotel was not very sound proof so you can hear all that goes on in other rooms and keeps you awake or wakes you up once you finally get to sleep! Also beds were very, very hard."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful and the outside gardens very nice. the poolside entertainment was great with some form of activity every couple of housrs throughout the day. Though the hotel was rated a four star there were a few touches missing which would mean that I think it should be rated a three star. An example of the lack of service was the fact that four out of the seven days the sheets were taken off the bed then a folded sheet was placed on the bed so we had to make our beds before going to bed and the evening meal was basic."
