"Very pleasant hotel. Plenty of room around the 2 pools or on the sea front. Air con in the eooms not brilliant. Very clean and staff very helpful."

"The hotel didn't offer very much for younger people or those with very small children. The location was nice as it did have it's own private lagoon with a beach bar. The food in the hotel was very nice and we had a maid service everyday. I would be happy to go back to this hotel."
"We thought the hotel was better than we expected and could not faut it in any area .The room had great views was clean and the maid service was very good. The food was excellent and catered well for all tastes . Other facilities including pool area beach bar and gardens were also very good.Staff were hard working and very proffesional and helpfull at all times."

"The hotel was fine, not 4* but a good 3*. The staff were helpful, hoowever only the indoor and one outdoor pool open and thhe evening entertainmment left a bit to be desired. No childrens activities at all!!!! The food was generally good and the place was clean."
"I booked this holiday only 2 days before the departure date, but there were no problems - my booking was confirmed immediately. I also booked the airport transfers through Travel Republic, and this was also very well organised. The hotel was clean and right on the beach, although I imagine that particular part of the beach would have been very busy had we stayed during the peak holiday season. There was entertainment in the bar in the evenings, which was okay, but probably would have become a little monotonous had we stayed any longer than 5 nights. All in all, we had a lovely, relaxing holday."
"The hotel itself was lovely, very comfortable. Loved the private beach. Although we asked to be moved on the first morning, due to building works outside room window, this was dealt with admirably and we were allocated new rooms with a fabulous sea view. The only down side was the long walk up the hill to get the bus each time we wanted to leave the hotel, which we did every day. "

"This was the first time I had booked a holiday on line, I was relieved to discover everything went like clockwork. The hotel rooms were ready for us and they were spacious with fantastic views. The staff were friendly and there was a note left for us by local rep with contact details if we had any problems/queeries"

"The hotel was very nice but a few points to note. It is quite secluded - best to hire a car if you want to get around to sight see or to try different restaurants. Only approx 5 places to eat within walking distance. On the plus side it was very quiet - no disturbance from traffic etc. The promotional material make you think the pool is larger than it is."
"Lovely hotel for couples wantign to get away from everthing. A little far out but good bus service and £8 by taxi to teh harbour in Paphos. Beautiful views all around and very friendly and helpfull staff."

"Friendly staff, good room and excellent meals. Only downside was the noise of the building work adjacent to the hotel especially early morning. The location was ideal as long as you had transport or made use of the bus service from the top of the road about 500 metres walk. "
"The food was excellent, the staff were extreamly helpful, all the facillities we used were very good. the views were terriffic, and the beach area was excellent. Everywhere was kept nice and clean, including the rooms, room service was very good."
"Sorry definately not a 4 star hotel nor is this hotel suitable for children (This is simply becasuse of location and land site which is slightly hilly with open gardens to cliff edge. A superior 3 star but no more. This hotel was very good. We were in the Olympian wing which is 18 superior rooms with acess to a small pool and breakfast room. We chose to use this area rather than going to the main pool and dining area in the main hotel. Our room overlooked the pool and sea view. Beautiful. All guest are invited to use this pool and breakfast room. We found this area quiet and relaxing at all times. All of the staff were very good, but especially Kata (Gym/Towels/Aqua aerobics/restaurant) and the bar man at the Olympian pool. The beach lagoon pool is fabulous but attention should be taken of the life guards flag for the snorkelling area. Entertainment a little weak. Hotel food very good but tends to follow a very similar theme every night with a different title. Always something we liked though."

"Treated abysmally on arrival - apparently they had double-booked us - not what you want to hear at 0130 in the morning! Instead of an apology we were thrown out and told "the hotel down the road" may put us up". Later we were told "this was an error" This hotel is grossly over-rated as a 4 star it is closer to a 3 Star. There is really only one restaurant which serves very average food. The rooms are in dire need of refurbishment. However the rooms are clean and relatively comfortable."
"MY FAMILY AND I STAYED AT THE CYNTHIANA BEACH HOTEL ON FULL BOARD.WE HAD A SUPERIOR SUITE WHICH WAS AROUND THE MAIN POOL AREA AND WAS VERY ROOMY WITH 2 BALCONIES. SMALL BEACH AREA WITH A LAGOON FOR SNORKELLING ALTHOUGH THE SEA WAS ALSO PERFECT FOR THIS. 3 NIGHTS DURING THE WEEK THE LOCAL TAVERNA CONTINUED WELL INTO THE EARLY HOURS WITH LOUD MUSIC.NOTHING TO DO AT THE HOTEL SO GREAT FOR JUST CHILLING OUT OVERALL A PLEASANT STAY FOR A 3 STAR HOTEL"

"The Hotel is situated on a peninsular which formed two bays which were ideal for swimming etc and provided beautiful panoramic views. The superior rooms in the Olympic Building with own swimming pool were very good as was the restaurant. The food was good but over a two week period didn't provide sufficient choice. Not always a vegetarian option. Probably too far out of Paphos for younger people who want nightlife. The hotel may benefit if it offered more variety of entertainment in the evening and offered the occasional pool based sports during the day. Staff were lovely."
