"Nice hotel, fairly central to all Perneras amenities.

The rooms are not a bad size but the kitchen facilities are basic. Their is a fridge and a two ring gas hob plus one frying pan and one small saucepan and cuttlery, cups, plates etc. But I have to say it was ok for our needs, even though we didnt think it would be when we first arrived

Microwaves, toaster, tv's etc are not included but can be hired quite cheaply from the hotel.

Their is a good supermarket almost next door to the hotel where you can buy most of the food and drink etc that you need."
Top Tip:
"The Ranch pub was good, with live entertainment most nights we were there.
Lots of good restraunts in Pernera and Protaras."

"A wonderful stay at the Debbie Xenia. The hotel managment were excellent and went above and beyond to help (my partners mother lost her phone at the airport and the manager went to the airport to track it down and it was returned - how amazing is that!!!)
The staff at the pool bar were extremely friendly and the service was excellent.
The rooms - though basic - were clean and large
Great week - thanks"

"The windmill bar at the top of the road is excellent for evening entertanment and a fab MEZE grill about 400 yds further down on the right served some authentic cypriot food that was wonderful at reasonable prices"

"What can i say??............ This hotel was perfect for us , it was cheap, comfortable, close to the beach, the staff were friendly and we even had aircon!!
However, if your expecting to be in the hotel throughout the day then this isnt the hotel for you, its very basic and isnt immaculately clean, but the maids did come in everyday to tidy up.
Protaras is also a lot further away than we were led to believe, but this shouldnt cause a problem as the nightlife around the hotel is great and buses and taxis are readily availabe and reasonably priced."
Top Tip:
"Try visiting fig tree bay in Protaras as that is the best beach, and for food, if you enjoy steak, pay a visit to sizzlers as thats the best steak house"

"excellent, in a good position very near entertainment area of Pernera, very near the beach and water sports and also very near the harbour if you wanted a bit of peace and quiet. would recommend the hotel and area to young and old alike."

A modern and luxury complex, ideally located in the Pernera Bay Area of Protaras just 300 meters away from the Sandy Cove. The complex consists of 35 apartments with spacious and bright interior. This complex offers a fun holiday in the sun with a friendly atmosphere.

Accommodation

The complex comprise of studio rooms, one and two bedroom apartments. The studio rooms is an open plan room including a kitchenette, telephone, bathroom with bath, shower, WC and a balcony or terrace. (Sleeps up to 2-3 persons). The one bedroom apartments, are equipped with two single beds, a separate kitchen with lounge, telephone, bathroom with bath, shower, WC and balcony or terrace. (Sleeps 2-4 persons). The two bedroom apartments, has two separate bedrooms equipped with two single beds in each bedroom, a separate kitchen with lounge, telephone, a bathroom with a bath, shower, WC and a balcony or terrace.

Food & Beverage

The restaurant overlooks the pool and a separate bar, and nearby there are various bars and taverna.

Sports & Leisure

Sporting and leisure activities include an outdoor fresh water swimming pool and a separate childrens pool, complimentary sun-beds and parasols, a games room and an extensive garden area ideal for children to play.

Facilities & Services
