"Good quality hotel. Staff very helpful and freindly. location not very good, 40 min bus or taxi drive to Hurghada. Food very nice. Pools nice but cold. Entertainment (animation) staff excellent. On the beach there is a scuba / snorkleing / diving centre. great trips. say Hi to Anton.
only negative thing really was the amount of Russians staying there and their perculiar strange ways. On the whole they dont mix well with other nationalities and I have never seen people take so much food at one time. "

"This Hotel was not British Friendly the Russians that filled the Hotel were uncouth, vulgar, extremely noisy, and Drunk on Vodka from 10.00am, We booked and paid for 7 days and actually left on our third day as it so unbearable and returned to Luxor for the relaxation we thought we had paid for. This Hotel is certainly not 5* the food was worse than I have had in any Hotel in Egypt this was my ninth visit, The Hotel staff in the reception area and general services were most unhelpful I requested 3 times to speak to a mangerial level person and was refused. This Hotel does not come anywhere near the impression it gives via the internet. There is nothing in this Hotel I could actually recommend, Please think twice before you book, We lost several hundred pounds leaving early but we could not have coped with staying for 1 week. Definetely the worse Hotel I have encounted un Egypt. The snorkelling is also very poor rock entrance to the Sea again misleading in advertisement. One final Warning all of the rooms DO NOT have Sea Views."

"Apartments, resort and service was excellant.
However, they had no booking for us and left us to sort it out on arrival - after a couple of hours of trying to contact the UK, which is not easy from Egypt, they decided to put us in a room with 2 single beds that had been smoked in (requested a smoke free double).
Also not much choice of restaurants/bars.

Top Tip:
"Go full board! We went half board and there was no other options for food except the hotel as you are in the middle of the desert - then they charged the earth for each meal."
