"The food was good but got a bit boring towards the end of the holiday! Also you couldn't even get a free drink with dinner not even water!! Rooms basic but always cleaned every day. Pool small and there wouldn't be enough sunbeds in peak season. Better off going to the beach which are amazing! Not that great for families, feel free to go but don't moan at us when our music is to loud or we get in late and start chatting! (we felt bad for the family next door to us!)"

"The hotel staff were utterly disgraceful - rude and extremely unhelpful.

The hotel made us move rooms halfway between our two day stay causing a great deal of hassle. This, we were told, was due to water issues, but later another staff member said we were lied to; it was just because they were full and we were seen as less valuable customers.

Awful.. Don't stay here.. Quality is just about manageable.... Staff are ridiculous!"

"The hotel was a good base for younger people, the pool was quite small but kept clean and tidy, the food was ok / good depending om the day, it was VERY noisy during the night from other hotel guests, the hotel opposite was a complete nightmare, whenever anybody walked past(which you had to do if you wanted to go out!) items were thrown from balconies at you. Also I had money stolen from my purse and judging from the time it was taken (i was only out for 10 minutes at the most) it could have only the maid/cleaner, i reported it to the manager and was told "oh, that's a shame!""

"The hotel was absoloutley disgusting, me two of my friends my boyfriend and his friend stayed here from the 01/07/08 and didnt even make it to stay here untill the end of the week. Me and my 2 mates were outnumberd by boys by like 1:5, who tried to get into our room all the time and bang on our door constantly, and also phoneing are hotel room at 5 in the morning and we didnt even know them! Me and my boyfriend left the hotel completely and went to stay at his nan and grandads in alicante! One of my friends left and went home early! We wonderd up to the strip on our first night and within five minutes of being there we saw some poor lad get bottled!
This was not my idea of a good holiday and i will never ever return to magaluf! haha"

"When we arrived at the hotel we were quite pleased wth the location, as it was within walking distace of both 'The Strip' and BCM Square. When we got to the hotel we were quite surprised to be given a strict list of rules for the hotel (to be fair who goes on holiday to be given rules about what you can and can't do and when?). The rooms were clean with plenty wardrobe space and a good sized bathroom, air-conditioning that did the job and a nice little dressing table haha...but things just went downhill from there. The food was horrid (we called it the slop rather than dinner), with the same thing over and over and over again. I wouldn't have minded if it was nice but it just wasn't! If anyone was thinking of relying solely on the food provided at the hotel think again! Worse still, our hotel room was BROKEN INTO AND ROBBED. All of our cash was taken, nothing else, so we were left with literally nothing to last us for the last of the holiday. We got back to the hotel from a night out to find our balcony door not even attached to the frame, with all of our cash missing. It was obviously forced entry so us three girls didn't feel safe in the room again, but the ridiculous thing was it was all stolen FROM THE SAFE! I strongly advise not getting a safe, hide your money elsewhere you'll be better off by far, we reckon it was an inside job so just be careful (it wasn't just the one room that was broken into, at the time we were robbed there were another 7 thefts reported, all of them thefts from safes). Overall, we didn't let the hotel spoil our holiday and we will definitely be returning to Magalluf, just definitely NOT to the Don Juan."

"hotel was nice food wasnt so great, very friendly atmosphere and nice rooms. pool was nice but a bit small for how many people stay in the hotel, ideal for young and lively as its a short wealk from all pubs and clubs but is also just out the way so you dont get any of the noise when trying to sleep. wouldnt recomend for families"
