  • "Fantastic hotel, better than I expected, the food was fantastic, im not a fan of buffet but the choice, standard and organisation in the dining room was very good. The room and balcony, beach and indoor pool were fabulous. Only down was my wife didnt like the step into the bath, she thought she may slip. The hotel staff couldnt be nicer and nothing was a problem and that included keeping our room to 1800 hrs for our later flight. The city was breathtaking, like sorrento and prague together. Busy with cruise ship visitors during the day but truly wonderful. It is 15 on the bus (which is v regular) from the hotel. All in all fabulous holiday, all booked with travel republic, transfer etc all in order."

Hotel Dubrovnik President is the most luxurious hotel in the Babin Kuk complex, which is situated in a beautiful part of Dubrovnik on the wooded peninsula of Lapad. Located directly beside the beach, the hotel offers magnificent views over the Adriatic Sea and the Elafiti Islands. The famous Old town of Dubrovnik is only 6km away and there is a regular bus service.

Accommodation

The hotel has 7 floors with 181 double rooms, all of which have a balcony or terrace with magnificent sea views. The rooms are fully air-conditioned and have satellite TV, mini bar, hairdryer, safe, direct telephone line and modem hook-up .

Food & Beverage

The show-cooking, fully air-conditioned hotel restaurant serves international and Croatian cuisine (buffet-table), breakfast (7:00-10:00) and dinner (19:00-21:30). Lunch is available at a la carte restaurant Elafiti. There is an aperitif bar with outdoor terrace (8:00-23:00). The hotel also offers a cafeteria by the pool and restaurant by the beach serving cold and warm snacks, fish and meat dishes, salads, desserts and a wide selection of drinks. Both venues will be open from 11:00 till 19:00 during the summer season.

Sports & Leisure

The hotel is located on the stone-paved and pebble Dubrovnik President hotel Blue Flag beach and is near to the pebbled beach Copacabana, which offers a wide variety of water sports. The hotel has a wellness center with saunas, hairdresser, massage service, relax rooms and attractive indoor fresh water swimming pool. Other sports facilities in close proximity are football, mini-golf, volleyball, table-tennis, badminton, Mediterranean bowls (boccia), tennis, diving and variety of water activities. Animation program includes morning gymnastics and aerobics while evening programs such as dancing and live music in the hotel are available few times a week .

Facilities & Services

To make the stay even more pleasant, nearby guests can find a rent-a-car service, gift shop, a hairdressing salon and internet corner. A conference hall for up to 180 people and two smaller conference rooms for up to 60 persons make it possible to organize business meetings, seminars, get-togethers, exhibitions, etc.

The airport of Dubrovnik (DBV) is 22 km away. There is a parking area for hotel guests. The Old Town is within easy reach by local bus departing every 15 mins directly from the Hotel Dubrovnik President.
