"The staff were very helpfull during our stay, rooms were excellent and clean the public facilities were also kept to a high standard. Shame we were only there for such a short stay"

"The location of this hotel was ideal for a relaxing 'get away from it all' holiday. The food and service at the hotel was first class, we went all inclusive. The hotel entertainment was OK, they also have a large screen TV and 2 bars. We went in October so it was very quiet. There is a bus stop directly outside the hotel, we used it to go into the centre of Limasol. We would only go back to Limasol to stay in this hotel as there is not much for people to do in this vicinity. Next time we would upgrade and have a room overlooking the pool. The weather was very good and the hotel was not too crowded. The gardens were lovely and it has it's own beach which is a dark sand. You could walk along the sands towards Limasol, but it is quite a long walk. We booked everything through Travel Republic, including our taxi to and from Paphos airport. Travel Republic were very good and cheaper than the local Travel Agents."

"Great holiday, love cyprus, but the Elias hotel for a 4* was a bit average compared to other 4* hotels i have stayed in. Dining for me at any hotel in Cyprus is always a deffinate no no, as i tend to go for more traditional cypriot foods which unfortunately the hotels do not provide.
Rooms were very basic and for a 4 star it did not provide Safes and Kettles, unless you pay extra per night, unlike the other hotels in the region."
Top Tip:
"The good thing about staying in Limassol Cyprus is that everything is local. beaches, resturants, Nightlife and even late night Pastry parlours."

"1. Childrens' club doesn't really exist.
2. Junior suites are perfect for families. Gives this hotel an advantage over many others.
3. Considering the quality of the hot buffet, it would have been nice to have "real" coffee rather than having to use a machine rather like the one I have to endure at work."
Top Tip:
"A restaurant serving excellent local dishes, not gratuitously laden with chips (like the ones that exist all over Cyprus whose mission seems to be to serve lowest common denominator food) exists next door to the police station in the village of Moni."

"Very attentive and efficient staff. One of the few hotels I have stayed in where they have not changed my booking to put me in the same room as my mother. The food was good and quite varied and the waiters again were very attentive and quick at delivering drinks. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and quiet providing you kept the windows closed. There are some building works near bye but in the summer they only worked in the early mornings and evenings and even with the windows open it was not too intrusive. Anyway you need to keep the windows closed for the air-conditioning to work."
Top Tip:
"As an ex-resident of Limassol I recommend the following as good beaches to visit outside Limassol:- Governors Beach located east of Limassol about 20 minute drive down the 'motorway' - Ladies Mile Beach west of Limassol next to the new port and the salt lake. Go as far west as possible along the road that runs between sea and the lake to one of the pavillions on the beach. Very shallow and nice sand - Curium Beach west of Limassol in the Soveriegn base area just before the Curium ruins. Go via the Fassouri plantations and the 'M1' towards Episkopi base, shortly after coming of the 'M1' heading west turn left and follow the road until you reach the 1st pavillion. Used by British service personel, good food and nice shallow sandy beach. Please note that the 'M1' is a long straight road though part of the Soveriegn base area named after the M1 because at one time it was the straightest road in Cyprus."
