"The hotel was excellent and the staff were outstanding and made our stay more enjoyable,nothing was too much trouble.we had room 501 which is on the top floor but it was the best room in the hotel and as we have two children it was great with the massive verander.we celebrated our anniversary whilst we were on holiday and robbie helped me organise some flowers and champagne for my partner which was amazing.we are definatley going back to the elif...."
Top Tip:
"the venice bar along the canal is a really lively bar and would recommend it to anyone"

"excellent location 50mtrs from beach, very friendly staff, not too much hassle. Free sunbeds on beach. Very basic but quite large rooms with lovely view, could do with a little updating but very clean. nice reception area. Typical turkish hotel, value for money, have stayed in approx 5 different hotels in Icmeler, would definately stay again in Elif. "
Top Tip:
"All restaraunts serve top quality food, we tended to stick to the ones we,ve used in past years. Recommend Steak house across from Bellamare Hotel on square. (Have to mention that Bellamare was booked for other couple in our party, but arrived at 7am to find the Hotel was shut and hadnt been open this year, even though i checked that everything was ok, 2 days before departure!!! This was booked through 'Airflights' and they will be hearing from our party for compensation). Great all day boat trips for £8 inc lunch. Stella show at the Harmony bar at end of beach, once again not to be missed, great night. Second time booked with Travel Republic and would book again."

"although the elif is about average for a bed and breakfast it is a fantastic hotel. the staff are friendly and can not do enough for you. The rooms are basic but kept to a high standard of cleanliness. The bar and restaurant are very good and the food is spot on. All in all a very enjoyable holiday and we will definately be back"

"yakamoz on the beach front fab food and great staff."

"staff were always more than helpful, whatever you asked for was done almost immediately. Also great to have the choice of pools at this hotel and the sister hotel next door. "
Top Tip:
"All restaurants were good but Friends in the main sqaure was really super. The boat trip at the end of the road by beach was also excellent. Would recommend and go again +++"

"The hotel is very clean and friendly, the reception area is always manned 24/7. The showers are a bit small, and if you want a good view of the sea you must book a room on the top floor, we were on the ground floor and there is no view at all, but the plus is there are no steps to go up. There are no TV's in the rooms so at night you do not get disturbed by noise. The hotel bar is great, you are made to feel very welcome from the day you arrive till the day you go home, and the food is excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want a relaxed day and very enjoyable evenings. "
Top Tip:
"The beach directly outside the hotel is again extremely friendly. For good food and entertainment the Dreamboys bar is hard to beat. There are lots of top restaurants and bars all over Icmeler. The town itself is beautiful esp. around the canal areas, and although you get a little bit of myther to get you into bars it's all taken in good spirit. This was my first time in Turkey but it won't be my last. If you are booking the holiday on-line you may be better arranging you transferes before you go as the Taxis from the airport can be a bit expensive are are not negotiable."

Hotel Details - Elif Hotel

AVAILABLE MAY TO OCTOBER - The Elif Hotel has the best of both worlds being on the beach and in the centre of the resort. Icmeler has a nice beach with a backdrop of mountains behind the town. Originally thought of as part of Marmaris the town has developed its own identity. Days can be spent relaxing, taking boat trips around the bay or exploring Marmaris. After dark there are a good selection of restaurants, bars and discos.
