"The hotel was excellent. The staff were brilliant and spoke english very well, and the room was great. A bit far from the city centre, but as taxi's are so cheap, it was only a £3 ride. Overall the stay was excellent"

"Very helpful English speaking staff. Spacious rooms with good breakfast and no queue. Some rooms have communicating doors which is ideal for families. There were also meeting rooms in use for group briefings. The hotel was full but there was no noise,Close to bus stops to the centre of Krakow but Express Holiday Inn also has a shuttle bus (taxi) which will take you into town for nominal sum."

"Excellent hotel and so much better than the UK version of the Hoilday Inn Express. The hotel is very clean and doesn't have that run down or worn out look. The staff are all very helpful and speak excellent English. Infact everyone in Poland seems to speak English, which is great because I don't speak Polish. The bed was very comfortable & there was a good selection on offer for breakfast. Only one slight mark against them is that some customers were smoking in the lobby, which I now find odd because we are not allowed to smoke inside in the UK. Take advantage of the free maps & guides on offer in the lobby. The hotel is situated off one of the dual carriageways heading into Krakow, so we will need to take a taxi into town. Cost should be around 20-25 Zlotys. You shouldn't pay more than 35 Zlotys even in the early hours of the morning."

"Good standard hotel in outskirts of Krakow right beside northern ring road. Very modern with good rooms and facilities, breakfast could have been better - continental style but little variety and not much of it. Not sure about access to Krakow as we arrived on a late flight and were only passing through, but handy for main road network."
