"I enjoyed a good week in the Ficus Hotel. The all inclusive option is excellent value for money. The staff are friendly and the Entertainment reps try really hard to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The food was a little repetitive and the pool was freezing. However, I would have no hesitation returning to this hotel at some time in the future."

"had a great week, first time all inlusive so cant really compare to others. Food was a bit repetative but ok. Pool was freezing but it was fine once you climatised!!

Rooms could do with attention but they were clean.

Kids loved the water park which was about 5 minutes away in taxi or half hour walking."

"Had a Brilliant time in Hotel Ficus, Food very good plenty of choice and variety every night. Staff freindly and helpful, rooms clean and suitable plenty of space. Entertainment at night a bit poor but good for kids, this is the only critisism I have. Would definatly go back."

"Just got back from 1 week holiday at Ficus Hotel and what a great holiday we had. 6 of us travelled ranging from age 61 down to 4 and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Apartments need updating but were kept very clean by maids who came in and cleaned 6 out of the 7 days. Pool and surrounding area also kept scrupulously clean every morning and night. Food was really good - I was very pleasantly surprised as this was my first all inclusive and the food was always hot and plentiful. Pool was cold but didn't matter because the weather was really good. Reps Simon and Dave were absolutely brilliant and worked tirelessly with the kids and they really made the holiday good fun. My youngest (Ellie 4) was up every night with them dancing to Shake it up - even made me buy the CD to bring home! Would definately go back but as I said apartments could really do with updating because they are looking a bit shabby."

"we loved the hotel we travelled with 5 children aged 16,16,14,6,4 and we all had a great time. food was good with a selection everyday even for fussy eaters. room was ok basic but for the amount of time you spend in the room it was fine. most the rooms have a pool view and the sun on their balconies. drinks were very generous only gripe was that the bar shut at 11.30pm on the dot no messing. the reps at the hotel we real good fun and kept every one happy.
great holiday."

"The hotel accomodation was great as we had a toddler with us so plenty of room and very clean. The pool was spotless although as other reviewers had already said very cold but it did heat up as the day went on. The food was ok, but we found it a bit boring some days and we chose to eat out - you had to check some of the meat was fully cooked. We had a theory about the drinks - we felt the spirits were being watered down mid way through the week as they didn't seem to have any effect. And the fizzy drinks were poor as very gassy (cheap pop!). But overall we had a brilliant time the place is very friendly and is geared up for familes. Entertainment was ok, had a couple of good shows on in the evening. I would go there again as it was a fairly cheap holiday and good size apartment."

"hotel was small and friendly.toilets in room could be doing with a bit of decorating but they were clean. apartment was large and bright, balconey got the sun in the afternoon and faced on to the pool area as did 90% of the rooms. entertainment was standard but eas ok. entertainment going on around the pool side during the day. food was good with plenty of variety"
