"Only went to Magaluf to see my daughter - was dreading it really after hearing all the stories - but I was pleasantly surprised - and the hotel was very nice - they upgraded us to a sea view! Food in hotel was very good - staff were very pleasant - it was very clean - all in all it was excellent. Magaluf itself was better than I expected although it was the end of the season so although I thought it was busy the hotel staff said it gets mad in high season. Older people should avoid "the strip" but there are some quieter more suitable bars outside of this area - only a short walk. "Would I go again?" Yes - but only out of season and definately back to this hotel."

"Paid extra for a seaview and was well worth it. Views fantastic, walk down approx 20 steps, straight onto beach. Room was large, bright and airy. Towels changed every day, bedding twice a week. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food catered for every taste whether it be English or continental and was plentiful. No need to go hungry. Although quite close to everything it is still a peaceful and relaxing hotel with no noise apart from the kids splashing about in the hotel pool during the day which is normal (you did not hear noise from the nightlife). Will definitely go back to this hotel again."

"the staff were wonderful ,they made us feel welcome at all times,the lady who tended the bar curtainly deserved the tips that people left for her as she was always busy and she always had time for the people who were staying in the hotel,the cleaner was also very polite and pleasant she came to clean the room daily.over all i would like to say that the staff could curtainly teach the staff in this country in the hotel bussiness a thing or two.to sum our stay up i would say that we had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay at this hotel,this time. p s if the price was a bit cheeper we would be able to take my other children with us and have a proper familly holiday here,insted the other times that we visit mallorca we have to stay in a villa which is more economical for the familly."

"Very nice relaxing stay, very central. Clean and friendly. I did think it was going to be very noisy but this wasn't the case, we were even located right over the entrance but this was not a problem. Good value for the price. Food good and plentiful. All staff very nice and very helpful. I would go back to this hotel. The best bit was the location."

"The hotel and location was lovely, did not enjoy being half board as feel restricted to eating times. What I did eat was cooked well with a wide choice at breakfast. Ate out alot and found the food was excellent.
Some of the steps going down to the beach are a bit dogdey and steep."

"The pool area was a bit small and uninspiring. We preferred next door at the Trianon even though they charged for sun loungers.

We only found out on the last day that there was a towel service for the beach. We actually bought towels and left them behind becase we travel with hand lugguage only. Not a mega problem.

A nice medium sized hotel hotel though with friendly staff. We would reccomend it."

"The hotel was very clean which is a priority for me above anything else. The staff where friendly and helpful. The food was just Ok. The pillows where like sleeping on a lump of concrete and we put blankets under our pillow to make it higher and the maid the following day just put the blanket inside a pillow slip instead of giving us extra pillows."

"Well what can i say!! this hotel was fantastic in a great location! right on the beach near all the bars but not that close you could not sleep at night!! The hotel was immaculate maids cleaned everyday!! I was extremely impressed with the decor of the rooms! The food was good plenty of choice and something for everyone!! if you fancied a meal out there are so many to choose from in the area!! Reception staff are a little abrupt but if your pleasant with them they are fine with you!! i would return there time and time again. I would recommend this hotel to anyone of any age!!"
