"Had a great holiday we found the hotel clean and friendly. Only down side was the all inclusive did not included local brandy, as this is the only alcolic drink i indulge in the only alterative was to buy international brandy of whisky this proved to be expensive, so drank outside hotel in local bars. Apart from this we had a great time and will return to icmeler next year, wonderful beaches, plenty to do especially boat trips which i would recommend to anyone. Only hotel i would not book in the area is the Bella Mare. (very run down)."
"The hotel and staff were great. It is placed right on the beach. The food was very good and there was load of it. The only problem was the air conditioning was not working properly. I would recommend the Fortuna Beach to anyone. In fact I have been twice this year. I have recommended the hotel to all my friends. "
"The hotel was very clean and tidy, staff were very helpful and polite aswell but had a few down sides to it which I wasn't to keen on e.g. all inclusive drinks began at 10am till 11 pm. Any drinks requested before or after these times were charged for at fairly high prices. The hotel is stated as a 4 star but really should be a 2star plus or 3 if lucky. No activities on site whatso ever apart from 1 pool table and table tennis which are charged for at hourly intervals. Room air con was not fantastic either but all in all holiday was very nice mainly balcony view over looking sea. "
"Unhelpful and miserable staff, Air conditioning did not work properly in any of the rooms, Food very basic and same each day, Only 9 sunbeds around a smal pool area for over 60+ guests, Rooms very small and not very well finished, for example, dripping taps, poor tiling, overall quite shoddy. How this hotel has got a 4* rating is beyond me, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I feel that I have been ripped off."
"Hotel is in close proximity to the beach but the price we had to pay for this was that due to endless number off restraints around the hotel we had to listen to loud music until 00:00 every day .Our complains to hotel management were not taken any further as they said it was outside their authority - so anyone who would be traveling with family need to forget bedtime for kids being 21:00 and adjust their kids to 00:30 ish !!!! while on holiday. Despite being rated 4 star hotel -we were demanding bed sheets to be changed regularly . Having traveled a lot we wouldn't rate hotel 2.5 ( not even 3) star at most . Food is bearable is you were staying for short period (3-4 days) otherwise it's quite dull and literally the same ... "

"I am 42 years old and went to Turkey with my two daughters, 16, 15 years old. I also went with my nieghbour about the same age and her son 10 and daughter 16 and her mother in her late 60's. Hotel very very clean and impressive. Staff are friendly, however not many speak English, so it is very difficult to communicate. The food was excellent, good choice and well presented. Infact so well presented I ate twice as much as normal. Waiters very friendly and quick to clear your table. The hotel was just a minutes walk from beach and shops. Great hotel to relax, there were no night time activities going on in the hotel which was a shame. However this allowed me to stay at the hotel if i wanted a quiet night, it also guaranteed a silent night when going to sleep or I could go out to have a more rowdy night. On a negative, the air conditioning only came on 3 times a day. Unfortunately my daughter got sun burned first day and was not allowed out as she was blistered. This meant staying in hotel room which was not very comfortable when air conditioner not on. But it certainly worked very well at night because i was able to sleep no bother. Would definately recommend this hotel and resort. Infact my nieghbour booked up for fortnight later because she enjoyed it so much."
