"The hotel was in poor condition - the stated 'golf course' was ripped up and not worth playing on. The pool/snooker tables were also in very poor condition and on a slope!?! The table tennis was adequate but was 3 euros an hour (as was the snooker). The 'massage' place was sunbed chairs with no hole for your head - clearly defeating the object if you end up with neck cramp! The prices were also high. Our bathroom flooded on the day of arrival after emptying a bath, and although this was promptly fixed, it leaked from the sink and bath taps constantly. The rooms were not clean and sometimes the bed linen had yellow stains and muddy prints on them. Also, guests and staff alike were rude and unhelpful bar one of the receptionists. The air conditioning in our room was excellent however, and free.
We were in the minority being English (most were Russian, German and Spanish guests). The only English people we encountered at the hotel were offensive and extremely loud, and swearing across the pool to eachother with no regard to the young children around. (There were lots of young children - not many young adults were there).
Also the hotel food was almost inedible - the flight food was Ritz standard in comparison! It was packed with salt - probably a ploy to make you drink more during your meal (the drinks are not included in the half board price - even if you want water!). Waiters were very abrupt and 'off' with you if you did not want to buy any drinks with your meal. The food is also very samey and limited in its choices each day -particularly with desserts (usually it was just watermelon and ice-cream on offer).
Finally, the pool was absolutely tiny in comparison to the huge hotel and every morning was a rush to get a sunbed, since there were not enough for even a quarter of the guests and the unlucky ones were made to pay 3.50 euros per sunbed for the day on the tiny, unimpressive beach. Not as nice as Bournemouth/Exmouth - even Southsea or Lee-on-the-Solent beach! However, the pool itself had some chemical in it which turned white clothing a bright and vile urine-yellow colour and blonde hair slightly green!
The retaurants outside of the resort sold adequate food at ok prices but the service was poor - one restaurant refused to serve us as we turned up at 7.30, which was 'too early'."

"The hotel staff were very helpful, thou the hotel bar was very expensive about 6Euros per drink, we spent every evening in a little bar on the beach where you paid 6Euros for a litre of wine."

"VERY BASIC ROOMS, HOWEVER ROOM WAS CLEAN AND ACTUAL RESORT WAS VERY CLEAN. FOOD EXCELLENT. ENTERTAINMENT EXCELLENT"
