"Nice hotel. Over a very large area which meant a reasonable walk to beach (or by road train provided by hotel).
Very limited choice of food - and quality was not the best for what was there.
Chinese restaurant was closed which was a disappointment and lobby bar/piano bar also closed - we assumed due to quietness of resort but should still have the amenties available that are offered at time of booking.
People trying to sell you trips and timeshares ONSITE is very unpleasant. I was grabbed by the hand by one at one point. The sales people should not be allowed into the actual resort.
All in all, nice for a week and no real complaints."Top Tip:

"The hotel is only a 30 -40 minute ride from the airport , price for taxi 40 USD. Much better live in hotel building number 6 ( close to sea and clean, prefare floor 2 or 3 ) , excellent facilities and the restaurant had a wide variety on offer .The hotel staff are really nice and kind . Good food , plenty fruits in main restoran, food for all types of eaters. Hotel very close to nice white sand beach."

"This hotel was an all inclusiove holiday and was on the beach. The evening entertainmant was slightly below par but some of the evenings were a bit of good fun. Your holiday is what you make it and although this hotel is listed as a 4* its more like a 3; 3.5*. That being said the restraunts and foods were good if similar. Dont go hoping to be treated like lord and lady muck. Get stuck into the holiday spirit and enjoy yourself. If you don't at this hotel its your own fault. The mix of people was good from Loud and demanding Americans (and some Canadians) to the Brit's with the socks and sandles.
A word of caution!! If you buy on the Island be prepared to pay heavily."Top Tip:

"Thoroughly enjoyed this holiday. The hotel is only a 30 minute ride from the airport which was convenient, compared to some of the other resorts. The hotel was a 4* but i would rate it as a 3* however it was still clean.
excellent facilities and the restaurant had a wide variety on offer. A 5* extention was being made on the hotel called the club, which didnt make any difference to our stay. The rooms were fab and many had jacuzi's. We used that pool each day and dined in the restaurant, the food, facilities and staff were all excellent, we have never enjoyed food on vacation so much!! 5*
The beach is fabulous and the evening shows were really good. There is a mini disco for the kids each night and a kids club, the staff are really nice.
Tipping plays an important role in how your treated. The staff are on $250 a month and depend on tips, and you do get better treatment when you tip.
Mainly Canadians and French at the resort, we were the only English."Top Tip:
"Do the Samoa Island trip. The beach is the best ive seen. "Contrary to many negative reports my family and i found the hotel to be very good.Staff friendy and very responsive to requests Entertainment staff put on really professional shows in the evening.
Food very good something for all types of eaters."Top Tip:
"Middle of nowhere nothing to find other than the beach which is excelent soft powder sand.

"from when we got off the plane the courtesy shown us by Fernando the cocotours rep ( who was responsible for transfers booked through travelrepublic and based at our hotel 6 days per week ) was first rate."
