"Overall, this is a nice hotel. It was always very clean and nicely kept. The kitchens look very dated in the rooms but are functional and have everything you need. Lovely shower although water didn't stay hot for very long! For what we paid, can't complain."

"Staff are great and both the public areas and the rooms are very clean. The food is hot though a little limited. One unexpected cost was that you had to pay for any drinks you had with your evening meal, so dont go mad thinking its all included ! The only thing that disappointed was the room itself - though I understand that these are being refurbished in blocks - do ask for a refurbished rooms - we saw one and they were lovely ! Overall a very nice hotel."

"Excellent hotel, probably better suited for families (during summer months anyway). The activities for children were great. We do not have children, but still had a great time, participating in the atmosphere. The food in the hotel was excellent and all Staff were really nice - The entertainment staff were extremely well prepared and very lively around the pool with the children during the day. I would thoroughly recommend the hotel to others and I will definitely be back."

"Thought the hotel was ok - clean & tidy albeit a bit old fashioned and very mismatch in terms of decor (different tiles in bathroom). Entertainment was brilliant and gr8 for all ages.

Food was tepid and a bit disorganised - butter no where near the bread (in with salad!) and milk no where near tea/coffee area! Toaster didn't even toast bread (even after 6 times through) and not enough of them for number of people dining. No tea/coffee available at dinner either.

Kids buffet cold and not much choice/kept up replenishing."

"Restaurant has a canteen feel and food is repetative, expected of a 3 star hotel.
Rooms very clean and could not fault maid service. Excellent childrens clubs for 4-8 and 8-12 year olds. Childens entertainers work very hard."

"We were set of to a bad start as our chosen hotel was over subscribed and we had to be transfered to another hotel for the first night. We were then unable to get into our apartment until lunctime the following day which was disappointing.
However when we eventually got settled in we found the the hotel was ideally suited to our needs. Having two children aged 7 and 4 years the entertainment provided by the onsite team was totally professional and lasted through out the day.
The apartment was of a good standard and the staff were friendly and helpful. We upgraded to all-inclusive on arrival and the food and service was of a good standard."

"Lanzarote Gardens is for young families. The kids clubs and evening shows are fantastic for the youngsters. The reps are very energetic and are a great source of entertainment all day and night.

The only reason you would go all inclusive is for the drink as the food is terrible.

Rooms are spacious but a sofabed in the living room would be preferable to the very uncomfortable z-bed. Rooms are cleaned 6 days out of 7 which is excellent.The TV in the room could show more english speaking channels."
