"Hotel was very clean and tidy. Bedrooms were kept very well made by maid everyday.
Swimming pools great, a little cold at first but got warmer in second week. Staff helpful, but everyone in Egypt like to be tipped (1 dollar bills they like) as wages very low. They love the English. Only thing disappointed with was the food, only a
6 out of 10. If you wanted to have good food it was 20mins taxi ride to nearest town
(Sekla). The beach was ok, but not soft sand apart from in the sea, nice and shallow for the kids. Good for snorkeling lots of lovely fish, my children enjoyed this greatly.
Overall i would rate this hotel 8 out of 10"
Top Tip:
"I Advise people to take the 4 Island Boat Trip arranged through the Dolphine Centre at the beach, this was a brilliant day out, swimming in the Red Sea with all those fish and looking at the beautiful coral was amazing.
Also spend a day a Sham el Naga, great snorkeling, lovely beach, added bonus of a swimming pool. All inclusive day including food cost around 15 euro's per person. Ask hotel rep for details."

"My sister and I arrived at this hotel on Friday night by Monday we both had food poisoning and was in so much pain spent two days in our room.
On the Wednesday evening a member of staff followed me into the girls toilets and tried to force himself on me.
On our last day we got back to our room to find someone had been in our room and stole my sisters money. Shocking hotel!!!"
Top Tip:
"anything good about this hotel was out weighed by the bad!!!!!!!!! I would not rate this hotel 5 star not when they were dishing up chips at the bar with their hands with no gloves on!"

"Hotel and grounds spotlessly clean. Staff very helpful. Beach man made but that was no problem. The sea was lovely. As a non swimmer I was able to walk in for ages in shallow water. The food could have been better, was ok at breakfast as we could always find something to eat, but lunch and dinner was rather lacking in assortment. We went into the Aqua bar every night, usually a singer on but nothing special. Believe this bar has only been built less than 2 years. Thank goodness it is there as the other alternative was the bar and lounge in the reception area which was really smokey. We had a villa room overlooking the beach which was really nice. Towels changed every day and bedding was always clean. We spoke to a couple who have been for the last 4 years who said that the food wasnt as good as in previous years. I would stay there again but it is definitely not a 5 star."

"mislead on number of swimming pools, and the food was awful, did not cater for the english, ended up buying alot of food when we were all inclusive. Too many things not included in the all inclusive option. Otherwise, a very good hotel with lots of facilities, made our holiday very enjoyable."
