"This is fantastically realaxing and professionalyy run hotel .Superb luxurious and immaculate rooms . This hotel is in a great location in realxing and peaceful Hivenage district of Marrakech. It is 5 minutes by taxi to the centre and walking distance to good reastarants, bars and cafes. I have a little dog and she was made to feel welcome. I cannot fault this hotel and would always return"

"Very relaxed hotel. The cafe is a popular place to enjoy ice cream or a midday coffee. The daily brunch is not to be missed with a huge spread of European and Moroccan items! The pool area is very nice and quiet. Two primary complaints: no vegetarian options at the cafe and restaurants and also the balcony door lock was broken."

"On the positive side the hotel was beautifully presented. My husband also said that the gym was great. Problems were also dealt with quickly, for example on arrival we discovered that our double room was more like a twin. I spoke to reception and housekeeping quickly arrived to re-make the bed as a king size. The main negative poinst were that Breakfast seemed a little disorganised some days and we considered the spa facilities quite expensive."

"The Hotel booked met my expectation with location and standards described in descriptions. The hotel is well located for a peaceful time but aslo close enough to experience the old town with all the hustle and bustle. The only down side was the pool area is very shaded ( although in high summer I expect this would not be the case and shade welcomed). This made the pool very cold as not heated otherwise an excellent base to explore Marrakech."

"Beef Tangia in the restaurant .....lovely with excellent service at a great price compared to other restaurants"

"Hotel was OK but not up to the image it presented. Toilet was smelly and maid service not that good. Towels were hard to come by.
Spa was very expensive and poor."

"Found a great restaurant in Soffia in Gueliz, recommended by a local cabbie. Great food, good value, good service from local staff."

"Lived up to expectations, hotel staff very friendly and willing to help, the in-house restaurant was good."

"1). Plage rouge was great - oasis like, but food wasnt great when we were there

"The restaurant was awesome- not cheap but most definately a la carte. The location was also excellent being as it is between the old city (souks etc) and the newer part (shopping malls etc)."
