"The hotel was lovely, in a peacefull surrounding and very relaxing.
The rooms were good size and kept very clean.
The food in the first part of the week was very good standard and good choice.
But sad to say everything went downhill from Wednesday. The hotel was closing for a month so they said. And it was awfull they were moving relaxers from around the pool and parasols. Food was awfull after the choice of previous days were given just 2 options, I am veggie and no choice for me at all. Had soup and bread only.
Such a shame as it is a nice hotel.
The management were unhelpfull and were give that it was just the 18 british people there we were told what do you want?? which is not what is expected.
The hotel was obviously in problems and would appear that it was closing for good.
The general manager was rude and racist towards the brits.
Dont send any more british travellers there."

"Spacious and relaxing with superb views. Ideal if you want to chill but not if you are looking for entertainment. Village nearby but not exactly bustling and beach a fair walk (hotel provides free regular shuttle bus). Helpful friendly staff. Good food."

"Hotel and accommodation was fantastic, only managed to walk down and back to the village once, the hill back up almost killed us!! views fantastic. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Food was beyond expectations - had to buy bigger clothes when we got home!! Only bad thing was pool was really too too cold to swim in. May be in August you would be grateful that it was so cold but in October it could do with a bit of heating. Maid service was excellent too and every where was always clean or being cleaned. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone and we are seriously thinking about returning again next year."

"We loved this hotel as it was very quiet and relaxing. I would not recommend to couples who want entertainment but if you just want to relax and enjoy the sun you can't go wrong!
Staff were extremely polite and helpful and the food was really nice."

"The hotel is in a very isolated spot. Fabulous scenery. Extremely clean, good food, breakfast ok other meals very good. Extremely quiet great if you want what we needed a complete chill out, sun, pool, and peace. Could have done with some entertainment at night - the village is ok to walk too - not an awful lot there it is a village but the walk home up the ever increasing hill (private road to the hotel) is not for the faint hearted or immobile persons.

I had a lovely, quiet, peaceful time service is good, except for the barman at the Panaroma Bar - he was miserable, but others were all polite and not 'touchy feelie' not some other countries ie Tunisia!"

"Nice quiet hotel,very quiet in the evenings, lots of board games eg. chess, backgammon, cards etc. This hotel is aimed at eastern europeans, mostly Russian
and German. Clean food only average. Good if you like salads. This hotel is very good if you want peace and quiet. Not for the youth."

"The setting and of the hotel stands up to being 5*. My complaint would be the service in the restaurant. Not so mush the waiters but the organization of them. Tables laid out very basic, table cloths just swept day after day not changed and cutlery never always available.
I would order a drink and could eat over half my meal before it would arrive and coffee all week was rubbish stuff, out of what i call, a motorway cafe machine. No where near 5*.
The weather was great and the hotel itself clean and comfortable but they need a new restaurant manager."

"Excellent hotel Choice of food varied and good Always hot! Rooms spotless and staff very friendly.m The fact there were no children was great.
Entertainment non existant however as most there wanted a relaxing holiday this was not a problem. Have recommended to friends who are going next week."

"Lovely hotel, great pool area with lots of good sunbeds and umbrella's. I opted for a tower room which was advertised as larger than the standard rooms, the room wasn't that big and was in need of some re-furbishment but it was very clean and the sheets, bath and beach towels were changed daily. Plenty of chioce of food to suit most tastes, best options at night were from the outside catering area. Treatments in the hotel Spa were very reasonable and the Turkish bath with foam massage is to be highly recommended! Sarigermie is a 15 min walk down a hill, you can book tours from there but apart from that there is not much worth seeing and the walk back up the hill is a struggle. In summary a good place to spend a week if you want a complete chill out with the added bonus of having no children around."
