"The hotel was really nice except the food in the restaurant was poor. This emphasised the fact that the hotel is in a poor area with only a few restaurants and shops nearby."

"Certainly not 5 star, family rooms were too small for a family, more like a normal room cut in 2. Restaurant was a free for all, crowded tables, and the food was more what you would expect from a 3 star hotel."

"Restaurant was like going into school dinners. Not enough tables for larger groups (4 plus high chair) the tables for 6 were often occupied by 2 people. Rooms were clean but certainly not 5 star family rooms far too small. Staff not particularly helpful. e.g. early one evening we asked the member of staff at reception if we could play table tennis, he sent me to find the animation team who were at the other end of the hotel complex, when I finally found them they said no, the bats and balls were already locked away for the day - 5 star treatment - I don't think so."

"Hotel very nice, very clean and comfortable. Entertainment at night very poor, two men called the crazy gang trying to entertain alot of different nationalities, our two 10 year old boys thought they were really funny, but very poor for adults. Food nice and quite a choice, All inclusive drinks fine and use of the water park across the road a bonus. The only annoying thing and many people were very cross about it was you had to pay 3 euros for the sunbeds around the main pool every day area so that isnt all inclusive."

"the hotel was very nice although some of the staff were far from friendly. that said there were other staff who were very helpful and they almost made up for the rude staff. there are low flying, very noisy planes that pass over head on a regular basis as the hotel is near the airport and the beach right next to the hotel is very stony. the food provided was nice."
