"The hotel is more of a 3* than a 5*
All inclusive drinks are limited to vodka, gin, rum, brandy, ouzo and beer, there is also a pay bay in the main hotel
As its close to the airport there is some noise a few times a day as planes come in to land, Wednesdays are especially busy
The food is varied, but the restaurant is a bit like a school canteen and at the busy times you may need to queue to get in.
The hotel is on the beach but if you have an orange band you will need to pay 3 euros per day per sunbed on the beach and around the pool - get up early though and pop a towel down to get a space!
The beach is quite pebbley so don't expect miles of soft golden sand. If you fancy kite surfing or wind surfing there are schools next door to the hotel
The hotel only has a very small amount of restaurants nearby, and we didn't really find any bars
You can catch the bus to Rhodes town for only a couple of euros, and its only a 10 - 15 minute bus ride
This is more of a family hotel so I would say its probably not suitable for couples"

"definitely NOT a 5* rating as advertised - 3* at best!! rooms very small, tv cable connections awful - we had a couple of german speaking channels and all other channels blurred. telephone in room did not work, staff very miserable looking and not very helpful. evening entertainment catered for children...good if you've got kids, etc...bad if you're a young couple or in a group of single friends. air conditioning non-existent in main hotel and restaurant...we were sweating every time we sat to eat a meal!
would def NOT stay here or recommend to anyone..."

"The best part of our stay at this hotel was the animation team. The downfall of this hotel was; there were no laundry facilities available to guests - not even an iron. The rooms were very basic. The restaurant food was very limited for vegetarians and quite often the hot food was served cold and the drinks were so watered down that you may have just chose water! Other than that the stay was pleasant."

"I was there for 1 week and there were 5 power cuts which was very frustrating. I couldn't have a shower on the first night and another night the kids (aged 3 and 4) were in the bath when everything went off. This may have been due to the weather (it rained a lot) and therefore I wouldn't hold this against the hotel and would visit again."

"THE ALL INCLUSIVE ALCHOLIC DRINKS RANGE WAS VERY LIMITED.ALSO THE BAR IN THE HOTEL YOU HAD TO PAY FOR!THE STAFF AT THE AQUA PARK WERE VERY FRIENDLY.AND MOST OF THE STAFF AT THE HOTEL WERE FRIENDLY TOO.THE ANIMATION TEAM WERE GREAT!"
