"This hotel was filthy dirty and probably the worst hotel I have had the unfortunate opportunity to visit. The so called rooms were more like cells than hotel rooms. I had booked for 5 peolpe and only had 4 beds between us. The facilities were poor and ancient that they were falling apart. The pool area was about the only thing that I would say was even close to reasonable dispite the sunbeds falling apart and being unsafe. We only stayed one night as we arrived early hours and had no choice. We spent the first day of our holiday finding alternative accomodation. This hotel wouldn't even rate a european 2 star let alone the 4 that it appears to have."

"We were moved to the Filerimos Village Hotel at last minute due to overbooking at our chosen accomodation, and it turned out very well. I would like to thank DAN HARTNELL at TravelRepublic for all his help through the very last minute changes made by the tour operators to our holiday booking, and during our trip to the airport.With regards to the Filerimos, the all inclusive programme is excellent, with good, home-cooked, greek food and plenty of choice for kids. Amenities are very good, and if you get a garden studio you'll be just a few steps from the pool. We had a 2-room apartment in the main building with a huge balcony and sea and pool view. Staff excellent. Animation team could be a little more animated!! Local area very quiet, but only a short taxi ride into Rhodes Town, Trianda, or a walk into Kremasti for bars, restaurants, shops. We will definitely be returning to the Filerimos. We were among only 3 British families there - mostly Polish and Dutch but not a problem - the Greek staff all speak English."
Top Tip:
"EuroDollar car rental right across the road has good prices and service. You seriously don't need to eat out as the hotel food is first class. Take an evening trip up to the Ialyssos Acropolis just behind the hotel for the most amazing views at sunset. Local beach is pebble with rolling waves - excellent for windsurfing."
