  • "Having travelled for 15 hours to get to our destination we were quite shocked to learn that the hotel had double-booked our room, even after we had already fully paid for the room. The arrogant manager initially spoke of a technical problem - it later transpired that the couple in our room had simply decided to stay another night. "
