Villa Eva is a two floors property part of the Plat hotel complex. It is located in the village of Mlini, between Dubrovnik and Cavtat, not far from Dubrovnik airport and about 8 km from Dubrovnik centre. The Villa is attached to the Taverna Plat. The building is right on the sea line and 50m in front is a long pebble beach.

Villa Eva consists of double/twin rooms, all facing the Adriatic Sea and disposing of a French balcony. An additional extra bed can be fitted in the rooms.

Nearby the building where the rooms are located, there is a restaurant providing a dinner service and at about 150m there is a breakfast room. A la carte restaurants are also available within the complex.
