  • "Hotel was great but when we arrived at Zadar airport no one new where it was - airport officials or any of the taxi drivers. We ended having to pay for a separate, extremely expensive hotel for the first night. The next day we found out (through making numerous international phone calls) that the address you had supplied us with was wrong, so when we arrived at our very lovely accomodation, we only enjoyed it for one night. I would really like to be reimbursed for this inconvenience."
