"I asked for a room with double bed and one single, this is what i thought i had paid for from yourselves. on arrival we were given a small room with 2 single beds, on the top floor (4 flights up) and we are both 60 years of age.I enquired at reception and was told that this is what was booked for us so had to put up with it for 1 week, I had to ask for fresh towels and the bathroom still had pubic hair on the floor from the previous occupiers or before. which wasnt cleaned for the duration of our stay. We were very dissapointed and would not recomend this hotel ."
