"We really did enjoy our stay at the Hotel, although the view really was off putting right on the road and our bedroom overlooked the back of the Hotel overlooking the dustbin waste collection point and the side road, the staff more than made up for it as we were very dissapointed at first with our choice it was quite a shock. The staff were very helpful with lots of things i.e the trams transport to the Airport and generally very pleasant. The restaurant was very good as well the breakfast and dinner the menu was very good and reasonably priced, and once again the staff were very pleasant. THANK YOU I will be writing a thank you letter to the Hotel."

"We found many places to eat, but nothing special, although the food was very good at the Hotel."

Hotel Details - Cumulus Olympia Hotel, Tailor Made Holiday

This 8-storey hotel was extensively renovated in 2002 and comprises a total of 99 rooms of which 1 is a suite. Facilities include an Irish pub, a nightclub and an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area. The in-house laundry service may be taken advantage of and fees apply for use of the hotel car park and garage facility (please reserve in advance).Peacefully located in the north of Helsinki, this hotel lies within a short distance of Linnanmeki amusement park and the Sea Life Aquarium. Restaurants as well as a good selection of shopping and entertainment venues are to be found within a few minutes walk of the hotel and the centre of the city as well as a opera are a short, 15-minute tram ride away (tram stop located before the hotel). It is some 14 km to Helsinki airport.The comfortable rooms each come with a bathroom with a shower or a bathtub, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, pay and cable TV, a radio, a minibar/ fridge and a hire safe as standard.Guests may kick back and relax on the sun terrace, pay a visit to the indoor pool or sauna or take advantage of the solarium (fees apply) as well as go bowling.
