"Wouldnt recomend this hotel to stay in.
Food an drinks in the all in were rubbish.
I didnt eat at the hotel once.
I had 1 cup of coffee and that was it.
only good thing was the maids who kept the room very clean."

"When i arrived at three a.m. i discovered that my room had been incorrectly booked and had been placed in a family room i was then moved to a smaller ground floor room the following morning.

The first night i had to rebuild the base of my bed as when i sat on it all the slats fell out.

On two seperate occassions i tried to have a bath only to discover there was no hot water.

The food in this hotel was terrible and i don't know how many of the all inclusive guests ate there every day. It was the same stuff every day and was invariably cold. On one occasion i ordered a packed lunch, even though i was not staying in the hotel for lunch or dinner as a half board guest i had to pay for this. I was disgusted to pick up two dry, stale sandwiches and a manky apple the following morning.

Whenever they watered the grounds my patio area was flooded by the sprinkler system which consisted of a pile of mud and some rickety, old wicker furniture.

I kept find ants on my return even though the doors had remained shut.

My air conditioning had one setting and the control panel was stuck meaning that i could not turn it off or alter the temperature from sub zero.

When i complained to reception about many of these problems i was ignored or told it was being dealt with. None of these issues were resolved during my stay.

One good thing came of this holiday and that was that my family were staying elsewhere i spent the majority of my time there and thoroughly enjoyed my ime in Rhodes when not at this hotel."
