  • "badly situated on very busy road with the pool olso on the main road trafic wen constantly down road day and night would not stay or reccomend this to anyone glad to be home for a rest."

  • "The hotel is on the main road, however not too noisy especially at night. The rooms were clean and modern."

  • "Although i ticked 'near the beach', it was a good 15min walk to the shingle beach - not a problem for us but elderley or disabled may find it a little too far.
    Also the main road is very close and noisy at times.
    The hotel itself was very good with an excellent pool and good breakfasts."

  • Top Tip:

    "All the restaurants we tried in Kremasti were good and the locals were extremely friendly.
    The bus to Rhodes town was 2euros each way and good value - well worth the trip.
    The beaches were sandy on the eastern side of Rhodes, so take wet shoes if you intend to stay around Kremasti as the shingle can hurt your feet."

  • "The hotel was very nice, however, it wasn't officially open (as you know) and they were continuing to build the reception and bar area. The pool was also closed. The staff were friendly when they were there but we only saw them twice the whole holiday."

Apartment Details - Esmeralda Apartments, Tailor Made Holiday

Official Rating - B Class - Self Catering

The Esmeralda complex is a family run property situated in the quaint village of Kremasti, in the north region of Rhodes. Close to the complex, guests will find a variety of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. Esmeralda Apartments is a five minute walk to the resort centre, 15 minute to the shingle beach and 15 minute drive to the historical Rhodes town.

Accommodation

The complex comprises 18 studios accommodating two to three persons and three apartments accommodating four to five persons with two sleeping areas and separated lounge. All apartments and studios are equipped with private bathroom with hairdryer, kitchenette with two cooking rings and electric kettle, satellite LCD television, direct dial telephone, 24- hour air conditioning (extra charge), safe deposit box (extra charge) and balcony or terrace.

Food & Beverage

Esmeralda’s restaurant and bar offers a wide range of food and drink. The restaurant is open from 8am until 11pm for breakfast, lunch, diner and snacks. Esmeralda serves superb Greek and British dishes and also has a selection of vegetarian meals and children’s menu. The bar is open from 8am until 2am, serving local and UK lagers, sprits, cocktails and a selection of non-alcoholic and soft drinks. The bar has a Happy Hour every night from 8pm until 10pm.

Sports & Leisure

The complex has an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas.

The facilities and services include 24- hour reception, lounge area with television and wifi internet access.

Nearby

Rhodes town is split into two parts, the New Town and the Old town. The New Town houses the world known high street shops, traditional Greek boutiques and restaurants offering local and international cuisine. The Old town is protected by a medieval wall with its maze of cobbled streets, roof top tavernas, street artists, shops and museums.
