  • "Please note the rating of below average in question 1 refers to the apartment booked. The initial apartments were unsuitable (below average) but the rep in the resort was very very helpful and moved us to another apartment within the resort which we could not fault (EXCELLENT). The service we received was excellent."

  • Top Tip:

    "The beach was clean and big although the sea was a bit rough so if you had children you would have to look after them. Ruis bar/restaurant, great food and the bar had a live band every night which were very good. The Irish bar which also had a live band was a little rough. The mayflower restaurant in the marina served excellent fish, would recommend you book a table."

  • "Although our apt was a bit dated, it was very clean.It was fully equipped with full size fridge, microwave, cooker and even an iron and ironing board.It was only a 5 minute walk to the Marina. The only downside we found was there were no sunbeds by the pool, just a large grassed area.For the price we paid, we will definately return next year."

  • "The accomodation was basic but met all our needs. the bathroom could do with some updating and a fresh lick of paint would have been nice but overall the location was perfect.

    The staff were helpful if asked.
    The apartments could do with a local guide to attractions , shops resaurants and daysout"

    "The mayflower restaurant is a great place to eat over looking the marina. Best to book in advance as it can get very busy around 8pm"

  • "we were very pleased with the arrangments that were made for us by travel republic.Its the first time we have used them but wont be the last.We look forward to our next holiday with them at Christmas. Our resort was lovely and luckily the weather too.We did find that it was very expensive to eat out.We probably will not visit this resort again because of that."

Located near the statue of Cupertino de Miranda, 700 metres from Falesia beach. The shopping area is closeby, also the stylish Marina of Vilamoura, where there is an array of restaurants for fine dining, along with cafes and bars. 20Km from the airport. The complex consist of three buildings: Algardia, Mouralitz and Marina Buzio for ease of guests all check in recption is handled at the Algardia Marina. This is officially a 2nd grade complex or a 3 star
