The check in was appalling it took over an hour to get our room, the first one offered was not acceptable we were then told the next room had not been cleaned this was at 4.00pm, but it had been and we accepted it but with the attitude of the staff at the reception they gave the impression they were not interested, this hotel is not for tourist they only seem to cater for conferences and business meetings

Top Tip very nice restaurants close buy, very nice waiters and food excellent

the hotel is not called the kris its now called the miya food is not good dont eat in the restauraunt even worse is breakfast

We were only here for 2 days but would definately stay again, hotel was excellent and location was perfect, close to beach and all the shopping you would ever need. Only thing missing from hotel room was a kettle. Breakfast was continental and had quite a variety on offer. Looking forward to returning. Bus from airport (C6 from stand 30, 2 euros 60) dropped us off just up the road and we had to get taxi back as we had an early flight which cost 20 euros.

Top Tip There were lots of nice restaurants and tapas bars plus if you had kids with you there was KFC, Burger King and McD's all within yards of each other. Lots of nice cafes.
