Only stayed 2 days but found the hotel staff very efficient & friendly. Hotel had everything I needed, bar was typically Spanish (which I liked) & restaurant was adequate. Rooms could do with some freshening up but other than that would recommend hotel & would definitely use again.

the hotel is in a superb location but to be honest is not particulaly child friendly. We were travelling with our grandson who is 4 and I was immediately informed as we were going through the check in process that the hotel was only buffet for breakfast and the evening meal was more formal waiter served. Our grandson of course had no problems with this and sat and ate fine, unlike the other children in the hotel at the same time, who caused havoc with the waiters as they ran around the dining room. We were also given a room beside the lift with our grandsons bed being onto the wall of the likt shaft, as you can imagine it could have been a problem with children who slept lightly. Before I booked I checked for the restaurant being buffet but could not find that info on your site.

Fabulous hotel and the spa is beautiful. I was impressed you could even have treatments on a Sunday. Very helpful staff (apart from one of the bar staff who let things down by just being miserable all the time.
The Tapas bar in Guadamar which is on the corner by the park is the best tapas any of us have ever had. For a fun day out there is a brilliant waterpark in Torrevieja that is as good as the widely publicised one in Benidorm and only 5 minutes down the road.
