Only stayed one night in December - very few residents. Hotel clean, staff very pleasant and we enjoyed a swim and sauna in the spa.

The rooms were spotless and the staff attentive and helpfull, the menue in the resturant was varied and of a good quality. All the rooms had balconys with views of the sea, the pool was also large with plenty of sun beds. The beach was only a 5 minute walk where there were plenty of bars and resturants.
Santa Pola town was only a 10 minute walk where you will find a real spanish experiance with twice weekly markets and all the shops and places to eat and drink that you could possibly want.

I would recommend the Pene Grand a great bar/resturant on the levant beach just past the Polamar hotel, and the Kocktail bar on the beach opposit the hotel. Also the aquarium opposite the police station is a must. But really the beachs will blow you away with great places for the kids to paddle safely and the more adventurous will love the wind surfing.
