Extremely friendly reception and restaurant staff.
Fantastic location.
Excellent buffet restaurant.
Good spa facilities.
Great base for visiting historic Palma.

Top Tip Majorca has fantastic (and cheap) transport links. Use the local bus (3) to access Palma, and from Palma use buses and or trains to access all of the island.

The ONE thing that stood out for me is that ALL the staff were welcoming, interested, courteous and really pleasant which in turn gave the atmosphere at the Hotel a truly lovely feel. No complaints whatsoever, the sunbed area was super overlooking the sea .. and the amenities were just the icing on the cake! ...
I was told they were closing at the end of October for reburbishment .. and this is one Hotel I would definitely love to go back to.
Just got to add the coffee at breakfast time was just perfect .. freshly made and piping hot!! yum
