"The food was good but got a bit boring towards the end of the holiday! Also you couldn't even get a free drink with dinner not even water!! Rooms basic but always cleaned every day. Pool small and there wouldn't be enough sunbeds in peak season. Better off going to the beach which are amazing! Not that great for families, feel free to go but don't moan at us when our music is to loud or we get in late and start chatting! (we felt bad for the family next door to us!)"
Top Tip:
"Good hotel for young people as close to all bars but a good distance so you couldn't hear the clubs and drinkers late! If you walk right to the end of the beach towards Palma Nova there is a great Bar/Restaurant called Roxy's although a 15 min walk very nice!"Don Juan HSM Hotel check-in Date:

"The hotel staff were utterly disgraceful - rude and extremely unhelpful. The hotel made us move rooms halfway between our two day stay causing a great deal of hassle. This, we were told, was due to water issues, but later another staff member said we were lied to; it was just because they were full and we were seen as less valuable customers. Awful.. Don't stay here.. Quality is just about manageable.... Staff are ridiculous!"

Hotel Details - Don Juan HSM Hotel, Tailor Made Holiday
Don Juan Hotel is located only 400 m from the beach in a very tranquil area, and at the same time, just a short distance from Magallufs shopping and leisure centre, famous tourist area for its holiday atmosphere and lively nightlife. The distance from the airport PMI is 22 km and 15 km from Palma de Mallorca. The hotel is renovated in 2007 and is in fact an ideal destination for golf lovers since two important golf courses are nearby (Poniente at 2.5 km and Bendinat at 5 km). Guests can really enjoy the quality and fidelity programmes, the brand new swimming pool, restaurant, and the entertainment centres near to the hotel.
