"much better than i anticipated after reading tripadvisor reviews
apartment was large - very very basic but clean and did the job
only problems were no air conditioning in apartment 3A - had to rent a fan from reception for 3 euros per night - bit of a pain but worth it; and the room did not have a double bed (I went with my partner) and the twin beds supplied were not very comfortable - but we managed by taking the foam cushions from the couch and putting on top of the mattresses - this helped.
The staff were lovely, food not bad (we ate out every day but had the odd meal at the hotel)
you are only 100 metres from your first row of Spars, bars and small shops....then another 200 metres and you hit the beach.
they have safety deposit boxes which you pay for at reception - well worth it
the room was cleaned twice in the 7 nights we stayed
the swimming pool seems a bit cool at first as it is fresh water but after a few seconds it is wonderful! there are lilos and parasols outside the apartments around the pool if you can't handle the heat of the sand at the beach and just want to relax in your own space"

"We had a really enjoyable stay at the Don Miguel Apartments in Puerto Pollensa Majorca. We upgraded to a 2 bedroom superior apartment that included a dishwasher and washing machine, something that is essential when you have 2 young children. The apartment overlooked 2 swimmimg pools."

"Our stay at this hotel as usual was very good, the apartment was clean and tidy, with towels changed once a week and the cleaned twice a week. Although basic it had all that was needed. The pool area which was just over the small road from our apartmnent was also clen and tidy. The walk to the main shops and restaurants takes about 10 mins."

"The apartments were in a great location, only problem was that as we visited out of season there wasn't a great choice of bars/restaurants close by, so it was a 20mins walk into town."

"Apartment very basic but I guess you get what you pay for. I was disappointed by the very dusty floors and dirty crockery which I ended up having to clean myself but no real problems at all. Given that it was low season and there was hardly anyone else there, it was rather annoying being woken up on at least 3 nights at 4am by slamming doors (party people I'm guessing) and then have the maids hurling furniture in the apartment above us at 9am but at least the noisy party animals would have been disturbed too so I was quite pleased about that! I would not stay here again, instead I would rather pay a little more and stay closer to the amenities. Given that it was out of season, just about every single place within a mile of us was closed and we had to walk a mile or so into town to the restaurants and shops. This place is probably fine in high season though when things are open. Taxi back from town one evening cost 5.50 euros."
